I'm giving this Dollar general a five star review. I'm very impressed with my last few visits I'm able to go up and down the aisles without it be cluttered. Finally theirs product on the shelf. Service is great Terri and both Lisa's are friendly and hardworking

Don't like this store anymore first someone screams use automatic checkout cause I am not coming up there. Second time woman had 3 carts and 2 girls checking her out in 1 register owners must be crazy pm

Waited for someone to come check me out, squeeze the chicken they left to get their attention. But all the workers are outside smoking cigarettes. Maybe do your job.

I called to see if they were open cuz they never are do to no stocking, Newer skinny blonde meth head looking lady answrs the phone and says their open very rude on the phone, I drive through this blizzard to get there 5 minutes later and she says they are closed.

This Dollar General is in particularly good condition compared to many I have been into. Very organized, the shelves are pretty neat. The staff here have also been quite friendly. The shelves could be tidied up a bit more. Especially in the clothing aisle. However, I am extremely impressed with this location. I hope to see you keep improving. DG staff, thank you for your hard work to keep this place great.

Great customer service interaction. Such a great crew at this location and the store manager Christina Collins is amazing. If im having a bad day I stop in and feel better when I leave. All the employee,s there ARE HARD WORKERS AND SUPER FRIENDLY .

For a Dollar General, this particular location is very good. The selection is excellent, and the organization of the merchandise and food was very helpful. The dollar deals are very convenient, as well.Being close to this location sometimes eliminates the need to go to Walmart or Meijer, which is favorable. This place is convenient above anything, really.

This is a very reasonable Dollar General and they have an amazing staff working for them. If I don't find my water flavorings at one of the other Dollar Generals out there - they usually have it here. Glad to come here too, in and out shopping and very fast and convenient.

I've been going to every dollar general store from Indiana heading north into Michigan. Stopping to see if they have clothes and making a note on which ones are still caring clothing. It saddens me to find out most dollar General's are not caring clothing anymore. I don't understand corporate decision for eliminating the clothing. I live the line of summer dresses they carry. Every year I buy their dresses and everyone always complements me on how nice my dresses are. They are responsible. Why are they taking the clothes away ? They really could discontinue other products then clothing. I feel they should take a survey. Some rural stores are the only store in town and should carry clothing. Not whats good for one store is good for all. I hope more people will complain like me so we can change corporates mind and bring back clothing. Everyone I tell can't beleive they are not going to carry clothing anymore. Very disappointed. I think they will lose the business to family dollar, sad to say. That's where I shopped before for clothes 5 years ago until I went to dollar General and fell in love with there dresses. I've shopped there ever since. SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP THE CLOTHES AT DOLLAR GENERAL !!!!!!!!!

It's hit or miss with the staff...I've had a few bad experiences(not just with me, but observing others' treatment) here but it's the only one around & does have a good selection. It is also kept clean. Customer service policies should be reviewed.

Poor customer service in legally they even a private business is required to allow a pain customer do use your facilities. Will not be shopping at any dollar general again because of this experience. Honestly I wish I could give a zero star because they don’t deserve one.

What did you expect? It's dollar general not a farmers market. Go here if you forgot to get your family hot dogs or spaghettios. Pick up some paper plates and plastic sporks as well because let's face it, your dishwasher has been broke for three years and all the real dishes are growing mold in the left side of the kitchen sink.

Must be "stock day" today at DG in Plainwell.. resetting the store. Normally it's a very clean un-clustered store. Employees normally go out of their way to help you. ,But today not so much!!

There is one staff member that seems sarcastic about everything and is very RUDE but other wise the place is awesome close to home and has pretty much everything we need for a good simple dinner

Why would I travel all that way when some of their stuff is the same price is what walmart and harding is. Makes no since their no cheaper than the big name stores.
