After working a 10 hour shift, I stopped here to grab one item and was the first person in line at the register that had its light turned on. When the cashier finally decided to make an appearance, she turned the light off and said "I can ACTUALLY help you on register 2." The rude man in line behind me rushed to register 2 and cut in front of me while making comment to me about what he was doing. Instead of the cashier speaking up and doing her job as a customer service employee, she allowed the behavior. I don't get paid to talk to customers, and no one in pinconning would have liked the words to come out of my mouth if spoke up. If all the cashiers cannot access the register being utilized to check customers out, then perhaps it's ACTUALLY time to invest in self checkout registers. It would have saved me the headache of having to deal with your rude employee and rude customer. Needless to say, I'll never waste my time or money here again.

This store was very unorganized compared to most of the others I have been in. I was rushed out of the store 20 minutes before close by incredibly rude attendants. Then when my digital coupons from the Family Dollar app wouldn't work I was treated poorly, scoffed at, and dismissed because they were about to close. I don't recommend anyone going to this particular store.

Used to be my main store to go to for many things! But now they've pretty much hired all new staff and they are just horrible at customer service! The one associate is always meeting random people outside the store for some reason and everytime I pull up is out smoking. She's always rushing people at checkout as well! Used to spend hundreds of dollars a month there not anymore until they get rid of that staff.

Went in earlier this week and the store was wrecked. I was in looking for air freshener. There was a mask mandate on the door, which was fine except none of the employees were wearing a mask. The store manager was on a personal phone call and was swearing at her kid. Had to stand there waiting on her to finish her phone call. Oh did I mention that all employees were outside smoking when I arrived. Store phone was ringing and it was sitting on the counter. I told them that it was ringing and they said it could wait. The whole store was horrible. Bring back Krisy!!! All employees are rude. I didn't think you were suppose to hire your family but store Manager and the assistant manager are mother and daughter.

I'm done. This place is awful. The staff don't wear masks and sit there talk to on the phone while checking you out. I just sat in line over 8 mins while one worker sat there and talked to a customer. Absolutely ridiculous. WEAR YOUR MASK. How hard is that to do. I'm disgusted.

I went to Family Dollar today to buy Dog food. They had a sign that said masks required on their front door. I left and went down the road and went to dollar general. They lost a customer for as long as they have a mask mandate. Stay FREE. Resist and say NO. Peace out Family Dollar

The two stars only go to one or two employees. Thumbs down to the individual in charge there,with no leadership skills. Terrible attitude, everyone in Pinconning ALL say the same thing, just a rude person. I don't need ti be talked down to while I'm spending my money at a business,which pays their salarys.Not just the manager,other employees too.No friendly service,more rude than anything. Like the previous comment saud no one ever at the counter,have to go look for them. Customers are what paythe money,that pays for everything else. So bad customer service makes me not want to spend my money there anymore. I'd rather paya couple bucks more some place else,than go in there.FAMILY DOLLAR, or should i sayDOLLAR TREE? WHICH SHE TOLD ME IS THE ACTUAL OWNERS OF FAMILY DOLLAR. with all the dollar generals popping up EVERYWHERE NOW,you would think customer service would be better. Look into your company,keep an eye on your people. Because everyone is saying how ignorant some employees at the Pinconning location are acting. Be careful if you work here, and either quit working or whatever. Everyone that leaves there,they claim the person stole money. But never have any proof. So i would love to get them for slander.Finally Dollar General is open. I'll never ever ever ever go back in to Pinconning family dollar.

Never no one at the counter when want to check out and you spend more time at the counter waiting then in the store actually shopping when your in to grab something simple like dog food or toilet paper or cleaning supplies

I walked up to the cash register..the cashier was cleaning the shelves in front of the register.. she continued cleaning.. by the time she decided to get up there was 4 people in line.. not happy..😞😞
