This was our first experience with kayak rentals hereI have to say, totally impressed and awed with the whole process from start to finish. First stop was the reasonably priced coffee/snack/gift store where we were greeted by two kind teen girls and Melissa. All three went above and beyond to explain the different drink options and food choices (highly suggest the Avocado toast)We were then escorted to the kayak loading and Melissa thoroughly explained the lake chains (map included)For 25$ for 3 hours on a kayak with endless exploring, what a deal!I cannot express how great this whole day was, right down to the pineapple day dream refresher after we docked from the waterMy daughter and I look forward to returning

Went on a 3hr tiki boat ride with Terry as our captain. It was such a great relaxing ride. I would definitely recommend to anyone. They have a great coffee shop/ice cream/gift shop!!! Can't wait to do it again!

Such a great experience! Can be peaceful and relaxing on a calm day, or lively and fun on a busy lake day. Captain Terry was excellent and knowledgeable about the chain of lakes. We had a great time and will definitely book again!

Love NautiMi. I have lived here 30 years and I am so thankful they are right down the road. They treat every customer like family. Even when my daughter had oral surgery she requested NautiMi and they gave her a deconstructed shake. (She was allowed to use straws). Thanks again Melissa for being so wonderful.

Local attraction with fantastic ice cream. Souvenirs with a nice Michigan touch. I could have bought 1 of everything and been happy with everything. Hoodies t-shirts jewelry kitchen goods candy purses I mean anything you want I felt like I found inside this store. Not to mention kayak rentals too.

This place is too adorable! We rented kayaks for the day. Our experience was lovely. Great staff. Quality kayaks and life jackets. And the best ice cream. We will definitely be back.

They’ve built a very nice little stop on the river here! The ice cream is high quality. The place is always very neat and clean. The games are fun for the kids. There is always a great food truck option in the parking lot. Make a point to journey down the river in your boat or down the road in Pinckney/Dexter to visit this place in the summer.

I have so many great things to say! For starters, the owners are so kind and happy to help with most anything! I rented kayaks for this past weekend, we ended up not using one and decided to launch our own canoe. They were very understanding and waived the charge to launch. Later in the day we had a family member switch out their tandem kayak for 1 extra single. They were so accommodating and I cannot possibly thank them enough for being so flexible with our motley crew! All of their treat and coffee items have been delicious 😋 and the versatile souvenir items them carry are so fun! I can easily find fun items for gifts as well! They also play host to food trucks throughout the summer and other fun events year round! Such a fantastic hidden gem we have here in Pinckney!!

Awesome store with quality merchandise and elaborate ice cream sundaes and shakes.They have good food trucks and special meet ups weekly. All of this on a really nice property with easy access from the road or water.

NautiMI was a great experience! I rented a sit on kayak for 3 hours and had a blast! The cost is on point and the owner, Melissa, is lovely as ever! I was so glad my friend introduced me to such a wonderful place so close to home!I’m planning to come back weekly!

Awesome atmosphere! Ice cream, coffee, tea, baked goods are offered. The store has lots of Michigan-and local-themed gifts. Games are available for guests' use. During the summer and fall they have food trucks and live entertainment. My family saw the Elvis impersonator and loved it. There are also kayak/canoe rentals and you can charter their tiki pontoon. Nauti Mi is a great addition to the chain of lakes community.

Excellent local shop and ice creamery! I love the cookies n cream shake, or on cooler days a hot chocolate. Great location, it's nice to sit by the river while sipping on a delicious drink.

This place is so fun! Coffee for the morning, ice cream for the rest of the time plus kayaks to rent. I love the little strip of businesses in Pinckney--NautiMi, the general store, cidery, pizza. I wish I lived closer but it's worth the 23 mile drive :)

We had a wonderful experience cruising the lakes on a pontoon tiki boat with captain Terry. So good we decided to do it two days in a row! A really nice peaceful way to spend the day. Captain Terry paid special attention to helping my mom and her walker on and off the boat. A little bonus…there was a food truck there when we returned! So dinner was easy that night!The staff at the attached ice cream shop were great! We came in not realizing it was closing time, they were so nice and polite and filled our order even though they were about to leave. They even made sure we got some toppings for our ice cream! Thank you to all!

Great ice cream and adorable gift shop with really nice items. We visit almost every week. The NautTiki Tour was a blast. Very great set up and very flexible as to where you want to go. Griffin was an excellent captain and tolerated a bunch of 50+ cackling women. Go do it!

Disappointed. They wouldn't even let me taste an icecream to see if I liked it. Then charged 10.00 for two singles. One in a cup. Ridiculous. I will take my business down the road. Captain frostys is much better and cheaper.

Love this place! Michigan made ice cream and handmade gifts are now in Pinckney!! How amazing is that?! Haven't tried the kayak rentals yet but we are so happy to have some new local businesses to support in our neck of the woods! Our favorite is the Traverse City Cherry Fudge and also the Rainbow Italian Ice. 5 stars! Well done ladies!

Visited this great new destination during their grand opening and was very impressed. The place is super cute and super clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that most items are Michigan made and priced reasonably. We didn't get to have the ice cream, but it looked amazing and everyone that had it seemed to love it. I can't wait for the summer weather to hit so that I can go back and hang out in the tiki hut porch. Definitely going back!

Super friendly staff, great selection of ice cream flavors as well. Really eclectic collection of Michigan themed clothes and trinkets (mostly beach/lake/river themed). Seating so you can watch people float down the river (they also rent pontoons I believe).

Ice cream is really good (brownie cookie dough and the toasted coconut HIGHLY recommended). Gift shop is fun and quirky, with a little naughty. Set up is really cool. Great price for kayak rentals. Really cool dock area. Not a lot of seating.

We had the BEST time! Captain Terry took excellent care of us. I highly recommend the Tiki Boat Tour. The ice cream is so good! Try the coconut! The gift section of the story has unique finds and great for gifts. Wish I could give NautiMi more stars!
