Always, when I have my receipt, and need to exchange a purchase, they have been very nice about that. I found what I was looking for and was pleased. I'm not happy about the price change of 1.25 for everything. That makes my buying less than I would like it to be.

This store is horrible. Drove up there last week and the paper in the window said closes at 7... But hour sign says 8... Here we are today just after 4 and paper sign says they closed at 4 today. I would like to know who would like to pay for my gas? Maybe they should just close for good. I live border Gregory/Pinckney... So its not a close drive

I was shocked at the treatment myself and another customer received from the cashier, David, at the Hamburg Township Dollar Tree last night. First, he spoke condescendingly to the mother and small child in front of me, then he scanned my 2 items onto her order. (Which I held in my hands until after he told me to put them down on the belt.) She was paying and he picked my items up and scanned them. Then he looked at me and said impatiently, "Where's your stuff?" I told him he just scanned it. He got mad and said I screwed him up. As he adjusted the customer's order he kept mumbling under his breath and loudly told me at least three times that it was my fault because I didn't use the bar to separate orders. He was rudely condescending the whole time. I didn't say a word, paid and left quickly. I understand mistakes happen, that doesn't upset me, but to be so rude to customers is not good customer service or a good representation of the store. I'm disappointed, Dollar Tree.

All of their items were 1.29..they need to change their name to 1.29 tree. Bathrooms were discussing ..the hand dryer was broken. They did not have a soap dispenser of size. Will not return.

Just left there this morning. Poor customer service. Both lights were on for cashiers two and three. No one in line. I proceeded to place all my purchases on the belt. The woman working ignored me while filling balloons. Then proceeds to tell me she's open on three while all my stuff is as already unloaded on two. Then, to no one in particular, she states just because the light was on two it didn't mean that was her register. Like I would know her assigned register! I had my one year old granddaughter with me and she thought I would move my purchases. I think her name was Diane. Diane should get a job she's good at.

What can I say, everything is only a dollar. They have a great selection of cards that are 2 for $1 or $1 each. Great selection of kids crafts, adorable garden decorations, bright n attractive reader glasses, hair bows ribbons n so much more. Assortment of bandaids, burn ointments first aid items plus adorable holiday decorations for the upcoming holiday. Now there are definitely items that u don't want to buy here like auto fuses.....no no no. Enjoy

Cheap items which is fine but never enough seasonal items. Good for what it's worth but don't find what I need more than half the time

I LOVE this Dollar Tree. It is the neatest, brightest store and everything is tidy. I am knocking a star off because they seem to have delays in stocking their shelves. Judging by DT haul videos, they are a week or 2 behind.

I've always had a good time shopping there. When I first started living in the area I had no idea this place existed, I kept going to Kroger and it was way to expensive. At this place, everything is literally a dollar or even less in some circumstances.You could say that their selection is limited (I've often said bread) but it's the business model. You don't want to stock items that would cost more than $1, because that would defeat the purpose.With a store like this you can be confident that you can afford what ever you need to buy from this store. Saves a lot of money.

Dollar Tree of Pinckney has the best employees. Employee heard me say I couldn't find it - she went and found it! Checkout had great personality. Fun!

Amazing deals for $1 or less. Can’t beat it. Very friendly staff too. I normally don’t fill out reviews, but after I just saw the manager getting yelled at by a customer and he kept his cool, I had to. Hats off to that guy.

I am angry that NO employees had masks on at the Dollar Tree just now. I don't want their employees breathing on my items that they are checking out. The store posted a sign requiring customers to wear masks, though. What a double standard

Ok, Dollar Tree But I like Dollar Treasure. Dollar Treasure is better than Dollar Tree because Dollar Treasure have everything. Dollar Tree have limited the things.
