I picked up a prescription from the pharmacy at this location, and the pharmacist, Dr/Mr Kim, was the most compassionate, informative pharmacist that I have ever encountered. He called my mother's insurance to get them to approve a three day supply, of her life saving heart medication, due to the fact that the hospital called her prescription in to a pharmacy that had closed for the weekend. This was over and beyond any interaction that I had ever had at a pharmacy, and I worked at a walgreens pharmacy for 10, and I had worked with many pharmacists. The pharmacy team at this location is the best and I just want to say thank you!

Shopping experience in general is fine here, But I just went to return a gifted book for my daughter because she already had the book and they told me they couldn't return it because some people unfortunately buy books, read them, and then return them. Why is it my fault that other people scam the store? I have nothing to do with that. Also how about wrapping the books up to prove they have not been opened or read? Not exactly sure why the honest consumer is at fault for a lack of packaging and for other people's scams. At the least the cashier and self check register should provide a disclaimer on products that Wal Mart policy will not accept as returns.

had a very uncomfortable experience with Rebecca from self checkout. Ruined an otherwise normal shopping trip. Very audacious and threatening. She wasn’t even in charge of the side I was on.

Save yourself the time either order online or pay more money and go somewhere else. The experience is not worth the frustration eight actual lines to check out no thank you I will be going somewhere else from here on out. Walmart is now an only if I have too type store.

Honestly one side of the stores self checkout not even opened, the side that is has a very long line, and only 2 cashier's if your luck 3, you know they can afford to get more cashier's. Just saying. Your better off ordering online and picking it up.

Fraud Alert! This location still owes me $56 for a purchase I made that turned out to be fake. When I attempted to get help for the problem with the product I purchased from their location, the associates refused to help me. When I demanded a refund they refused to comply despite knowing full well that they had sold me a product that didn't work. I'll be reporting this company to the BBB for its fraudulent activity!

They had very few check outs open. There were no bags at the self check outs on the Subway side. Some of them didn't have lights on so are they opened or closed?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The checkout area is a disaster. It's all blocked by candy racks and employees just starring about watching everybody like you are going to steal something. Only 1 checkout was open around 11am this morning. All the self checkouts were pretty busy. I just set my 3 items down and left. It wasn't worth waiting for so few items. They need to have more cashiers on hand. We should get a discount for ringing up our own items. I don't work there. I won't be going back. 4-14-24

Just make SURE if you want a prepaid ( pay-as-you-go ) phone.. Emphasize this to Ian in Electronics.. and don’t let him put you on a plan. Refuse all the talking and say NO. Because you’ll walk out with a $200 dollar plan, and it’ll be a food stamps problem? I don’t have food stamps and I told him that. He made it sound like he was getting us this deal, and talked ALOT. We said as long as we can get this prepay phone. Cuz we just want the cheapest, simplest, because my son is irresponsible. We paid way more than usu, but he said don’t mind the intimidating numbers, that’s just if we’re not approved for the discounts? There was a lot of talking. Like when ppl ask if you want a credit card or file for their team blah blah at checkout. I always say “no thank you.. no.” But he worded everything so well that our no was yes, and we just got completely bamboozled.I assume Ian got commission for making so many Verizon sales before Christmas or something.. and we were victim to it.

I’m not ever in here for much but normally always see the same people n always say hi to me. The deli I wish I could give five stars cause there are two people in there one being Kevin and a older lady not sure the name who always help right away and hook it up with the chicken 💯💯💯

Lovely store, awful greeter. I shop at wal mart almost daily but according to Mike I must look like a criminal because this guy can't help but ask for a recipit every time. I support and work closely with law enforcement and would NEVER steal. Great work Mike, keep up the good work offending customers!

I ordered tires on line and scheduled an appointment for installation. The appointment was for 3:00 pm it's now 4:45... Still not ready? Everybody body here, Same story... One guy named Jerry was here for 2.5 hours for something that took less than 5 minutes to correct... SmhPoor scheduling, unqualified workers, poor management, over booking? Who knows? I'm patient, but this is frustrating, not feeling great and this isn't helping!What rating should they receive? I guess I have to give them something to post this...

Waited over 30 minutes for some assistance for a laptop, ignored me, laptop demo wouldn't even turn on so I could check it out myself. Most I got was I'll be rate back is you need assistance, I said thanks that'd be wonderful. Then nothing....very disappointing.

This Walmart has become horrible. I was just informed that the lane I was in was closing and they're not opening another one..... again. Lately, every time I go to this store I become an involuntary employee if I want to buy something there. This time the manager was a nasty, ugly little troll of a woman who had a bad attitude to go along with her looks so I just said goodbye and left my cart of merchandise sitting right there so she could put it all away. Walmart is slowly putting itself out of favor with people in this community and I avoid it more and more these days. I've probably only been in there 10 or 15 times all year, where I used to be in that store 3 times a week!

Im 4 hours away from this Walmart in Petoskey but Emily in the automotive department helped me over the phone and was absolutely amazing! My brand new college student is down there alone and got a flat tire. They got her in right away and Emily was so understanding and compassionate. She even offered to console my upset daughter for me since I couldn’t be there. Her customer service skills are top notch. She even called me to update on me the tire situation, which she absolutely did not have to do! Thank you Emily, you deserve a raise!

Very nice Walmart to shop at if you forgot something at home en route to your vacation in Petoskey and/or the surrounding area. I am from Rockwood, Michigan, and forgot my gloves. This Walmart had a great selection for $11.00 a pair.

Quaint little Walmart. Well kept, clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Had to get stuff from both ends of the store and they had everything I needed. Well stocked shelves as well.

Was snacing on caramel dip with the Walmart apple slices. Some apple slices still had the pit inside, yuck. Don't know if they're edible but I'd rather not eat the pit.

so disappointed in this Walmart, dirty. No one sanitizing carts between customer. Many shelves empty and item not available. no strawberries. box on the floor next to the empty shelf areas.
