The pharmacist and employees are friendly & hardworking. They are understaffed without a manager to assist them. This is why employees leave these stressful working conditions. The store manager should do their job and staff the store. The employees and customers pay the price. A big thank you to the working staff this holiday weekend. Store manager not so much.

Medicine prices sky high at Walgreens. Compare with GoodRX to practically anywhere else. It is quite flagrantly over-high. I think we could put up with it or not notice it sooo much if their customer service was even close to decent.You keep going there.. we will not.Former note: This pharmacy is staffed by incompetents.. never seen any retail line move so slowly.** The only good part of this pharmacy is the drive-thru. Those folks know their job.

You have a great cashier named Lorna, she is usually up front always greetings customer. She is very friendly and always willing to help. I had photos done and a girl with no name badge was acting like she didn't want to help, so slow moving. Acting like I was bothering her, as she was talking with another employee. I ask her what her name was she said AJ. Miss all the friendly faces. Only saw 2 regular employee's. Take care, stay wellMiss Mary

08/04/2022 Arrived at 5:45 PM to pick up a prescription. There was a sign on the drive up window that they closed at 5 PM due to staffing isses. Make sure you call ahead if you need to pick up your prescription after 5 PM.

This pharmacy sucks, they never have my medication ready usually take 2-5 days after I run out.

I have been yelled at told I was nothing but a problem. This over priced store is terrible. And i do NOT recommend it to anyone at any time for any reason. Your pharmacist was even rude to my physician. Very unprofessional. And I find it disgusting human behavior. Petoskey Walgreens is the WORST.

We get our prescriptions filled there.They have given us good services there.And was concerned about medicine that was issued to me that they knew i was allergic to and the pharmacist called me and told me it was in the penicillin family and to watch out for a bad reaction.And it did give me a bad reaction so i stopped taking it right away.

My normal pharmacy was closed on Memorial Day, understandable. My daughter needed a prescription filled and Walgreens was open. Thank you so much for working the holiday weekend and being there for my family.

This is regarding the Petoskey east Walgreens. The third time I tried to cash out with no cashier to be found was the last (funny thing is they were always there when I walked in the door). I went down the street to the competition, found the same medication at a lower price, and they were actually willing to take my money!

They have the best customer service you can ever ask for.... Especially in the pharmacy department the staffs are the best and the pharmacy manager, Miss Jennifer, she makes sure it stays that way and she is also very helpful and awesome... Their customers service is measure by their commitment to their quaility of work.... Only one word, AWESOME! 😀

I've over heard the manager talking very rudely and disrespecting their employees. As a person who works in customer service, I will never shop at this store again knowing how their employees are treated. The managers at this store should be reviewed ASAP!
