Don’t really know which way to rate, I take my children in regularly to this store and have a great experience. However today we went in and were harassed by the older lady who works there for using the bathroom, the same thing we’ve done plenty of times before no issue. I even went to the front counter to apologize to the young lady at the front desk, and she said it was not a problem at all but the older lady followed me and was still getting after me for the situation. She was incredibly rude! I called later and politely asked to speak to the manager, without asking any info from me she said that she already talked to him and hung up on me, I tried calling one more time and she hung up on me again. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any store. Extremely disappointed as my kids love the store.

My family went into the store, my wife and three teenage kids, to look for games to play at out hotel while i was working here out of town. The older lady working there was very rude, insinuating that my kids were thieves, and literally locked the door while they were shopping. Then, as they left, she said that they “probably left with a game” without paying. We had money to spend there, but after that experience, they will not see a dime of ours or our friends and family. Simply rude….

The toy selection is great. My son loved looking at all the toys. However the 2 people working there did not even acknowledge us. Looked right at us when we walked in and went back to doing whatever it was they were preoccupied with. Passed them a couple more times in the store and not a single word. Kinda unusual attitude for people working in a toy store. We won't spend money here

We were looking for something fun to do with the kids in Petoskey, and we thought this toy store might be fun to explore. It was huge and better than we imagined! They had all the trucks our boys love and the calico critters that our daughter loves. The inside is an interesting shape so you can spend a lot of time exploring which is also really fun for the kids. Thank you - we'll be back!

Such a lovely shop with friendly helpful staff. A great variety of toys. I was over the moon when i saw that they had the Djeco brand. Lots of corolle dolls, callico critters, Brio, Lego and Playmobil. They have bigger arts and crafts projects and smaller rainy day activities. So so much to choose from. We went in for a new puzzle but came out with Magna-Tiles!!! Ill be back for a Djeco puzzle.

One of the greatest toy stores anywhere. So many fun things. The young lady, Mary, was so gracious to let us in to look around and play 5 minutes after closing time. Such a good selection and such good service.

Good selection of games and toys. Our kid loves stuffed animals, and there are a few, but not many. Not the place for that product. Still, the best toy shop in Petoskey by far.

Great place with unique toys (new and nostalgic) and a very friendly staff. I definitely recommend checking out if you have kids and are in the area or even are an adult looking for a funny greeting card and/or a good game for game night! One of my favorite places!

This is such a fun toy shop. They have lots of cool toys you don't see everywhere and it's a good place to make a pit stop if you've been dragging little kids around Petoskey all day and they're getting antsy. Lots of affordable, small toys and good outdoor toys too.

Remember the old time store you knew growing up? They haven't all closed. This store is the evolution of that, selling imaginative, unique and educational games and toys. The staff is great too!

An excellent NoMI toy store. They have a particular good selection of Playmobile and Bruder toys. I also appreciate the toys that are open for children and parents to try before you buy.
