Joan is amazing! I honestly can’t say enough great things about her service. She saved us from a complete wedding catastrophe when our dog got sprayed by a skunk the first morning we were in the area for our wedding weekend. As soon as I explained the situation she was already giving me directions on how to get to her and shuffling her schedule to get working on the best man as soon as he arrived. Thanks to her our boy was fresh as new for his parents wedding day.

My dogs are EXCITED to go see Cassie! I have 3 dogs and two of them can be more than a handful for most groomers. BUT, Cassie is their little doggie whisperer. They go in smelling (and looking!) like they worked a double shift at the corn chip factory and come out distinguished gentleman. Can’t thank her enough!!

I have had both of my dogs groomed here for many years. All of the groomers are professional, care about the animals they are grooming, do a wonderful job, and make sure they communicate with the owners in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

The business is extremely professional and the dogs that come out of there always look fantastic. The groomers are friendly, the facility is always clean and they are very gentle with their clients animals. My dog is very particular about his nails being done, but they do not seem to have a problem with him. Which is great! It saves us quite a bit of time and money in trips to the vet.

Joan is kind and professional with my 13 year old diabetic dog. She schedules to meet our needs, and gets him in and out in a timely manner. She advises me of health concerns she notices while grooming. I have been comfortable leaving my dog in her care over the past 3 years.

I took my little Yorkie in,both her ears stood up. I picked her up and her left ear stood up, but her right ear hasn’t stood up since. I called the Professional Pet Services, and they told me, maybe they got water in her ear and got an ear infection. BS, all that happened in 11/2 hours, I don’t think so. I took her to the Vet, and she said they must have torn the cartilage in her ear, no ear infection present. If you don’t want your dog handled roughly, take them somewhere else. Shame on you’So called Professional Pet Dis-Service’

My friend, Ione, and I take our two small dogs, about 6 lbs. each to Joan Hilton, and have for past several years. Joan was recommended to me.We are so glad. Joan is the best. She cares about what the dogs shegrooms. She found a lump on Crissy's leg, neither my husband or I hadseen. So instead of having the two removed we knew about, the Vet wasable to do all three at once. She is good. My policy is, "don't worry aboutthe perfect hair cut, just make sure she is comfortable and not afraid."Well Joan gives her the perfect hair cut and Crissy is not afraid. Joantakes all the stress out of Crissy getting groomed, that I always felt before. Ione feels the same. Joan cares about the dogs. She is wonderful.

I have used this business and specifically Joan for years. My dog is my baby and I would never take him anywhere that i didnt trust with his life. Joan is an artist with the scissors and Bear who is a 90 pound golden/ st Bernard mix comes out smelling sweet. I know that on occasion a nail gets clipped as his nails are very dark and its hard to see the quick. I also know that if i were to do them myself he would have all his nails bleeding so I trust joan who is a professional that if SHE gets the quick it was unavoidable and accidental. Joan has developed a relationship with my dog who is a rescue. I have been a monthly grooming client for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. If you live downstate and expect some kind of magic service when you aren't up here month to month it is unfair to post negative reviews. I just hope joan is always here to groom any dog I own. I have been bringing my dog here since they where located inside of the pet store . They have always been awesome with my big boy and always so friendly as well as accommodating . I had them groom my two dogs last year and they did an ok job. After what happened this year, I will never go back! I called one morning to see what day they had time and they said to bring them in now. I was surprised about that. I dropped my two pups off and they said to come back at 1:00. I walked in at 12:45 and was horrified. She had both pups on the table at once. There was blood all over the table and my lips feet. She said she had no idea where the blood came from. I picked up my two pups and it was obvious she had cut a claw too short on one, as she was still bleeding. It was sad she could not take the time to see my puppy was injured and help her. There cuts where uneven and they did not even clean off their paws, which had blood all over them. It was obvious she tried to rush the job. She never should have offered to have them come in. Even worse later that day I could my little guy had inte spot where the hair was all gone. It's been two weeks and his hair is still not growing in that spot. She had burnt his skin! Never take your dogs to this horror shop.

Hello,My name is Ginger and I want to say something about my friend Joan. When my parents dropped me off for the first time I was terrified and didn't know what I was doing there. Joan told me that everything was going to be OK and that I had nothing to worry about. Boy, was she right! After my haircut I was treated to nice warm bath, blow dried my coat and finished off with a mani/pedi for my paws.
