Stopped by on the way the way to lunch and ended up eating here instead! Their dogs have a nice snap to them and their brats are delicious as well. Coney sauce for the dogs is hot and ready around lunch time and is only 50 cents. Plenty of free toppings for the dogs and brats made this a worthwhile stop. I'd highly recommend the store made queso dip.

These guys make the best breakfast sausage anywhere. I want to order some and fill my freeze. Had them in a reputable restaurant and was very impressed

Great meat market! There is a wide variety of meats and goods. You could arrange the meats for any meal or making a charcuterie board. The hot dogs and brauts are good for a quick bite.

Plaths was plaths. The store was absolutely spotless, the employees are very helpful and the meats are some of the best. They are always a cut above the competition. You wont be sorry.

Flats Meat Market is simply the best place to get bacon sausage pork chops steaks anything you could possibly imagine it's a carnivores dream. This place is Simply Delicious it's the best I have had a number of meats in my life and this place is by far the best. We travel from Grand Blanc 3 hours and we make sure we always stop at Platts meet to get our fix of bacon sausage and the world-famous 1in thick pork chops bone in smoked pork chops heaven on Earth

Great selection of smoked meats. Had a hot dog to go and it was pretty darn good. Had a great snap to it! Bought some smoked andouille sausage for a gumbo I want to make. I’d come back.

I absolutely love plaths!! The customer service is very kind and helpful! I bought some roast beef for sandwiches and it was delicious! The meats at plaths are very high quality and fresh! .if you're shopping in their store dont forget to look at the seasonings and mustards ect. If you like smoked fish they have that as well!!

We stayed at the Inn at Bay Harbor for the weekend and they were serving Plath’s breakfast sausage. Thought they were so good, we stopped and purchased some to bring home. Very nice selection of meets as well as cheese spreads.

BACON!! The bacon is thick sliced and full of flavor. The meat sticks are an awesome snack for in the car or the lunch box. I love the shelves of "not meat" stuff. Mostly Michigan made products like sauces, crackers and chips.

After getting over the initial sticker shock of $28.00 per pound for beefjerky, I decided to give it a try. I purchased 1 pound, I am not impressed. It is sooo tough and full of connective tissue it is horrible, YOU CANT EVEN CHEW IT!!! I would NEVER waste my money on this again. If you want to charge $28.00 for beef jerky the quality of the product better match the price.

Everything they make is amazing! Try the breakfast sausage links and bacon... soooooo good. The hotdogs are the best made in my opinion. Plath's please make bratwurst....please.... they will be amazing for sure

Stop here. Just. Do. It. Best Ribeyes, seriously AMAZING sliced deli meats, smoked pork, sausage. I cant say enough positive. Too bad its 280 miles south :( Always a stop when I go downstate.

I found the commercials very deceiving, so on our way back from Big Mac Bridge, we decided to stop, the smoked polish sausage was unateable.. smoked pork chops 4 stars, to expensive, will not be back ..way over rated..

We wouldn't even go into store. Very rude comment on front door in regards to mask requirements. We follow Science and CDC guidelines. I don't appreciate the condescending comments on your front door. We will take our money elsewhere.
