Great place to find so many things for pets and including the pets depending on what you’re looking for. Just be aware the staff are basically cashiers who try hard but, they don’t know about the pets they are selling or what they need outside of recommending what the stores carry. Do your research before you go in.

They have most everything for pets. I was looking for vacation feeding items for parakeets. Not much I could use. But I found a great deal on treats for my puppy 😊

brenda helped us handle the two ferrets they had there and she was super sweet to us. we held them for a considerable amount of time which was so much fun, we all absolutely adore ferrets. later, she was so helpful at the checkout and tried to offer us dog treats but unfortunately i only have cats ):. haven’t encountered someone so nice in awhile and i enjoyed my entire time in the store. thank you girlypop brenda 🏻 🏻

I used the self serve dog wash. There was no hot water. I looked at the water heater and it was not even lit.I cut my dog wash short because she was shivering.Mentioned it to staff and they knew they had a problem, but did nothing about it and still sold washes.Not cool!!

Always friendly staff, they're all pretty knowledgeable with the variety of pets they have! Each person on shift asked me if I needed anything, or any help finding something.That and every time I come back, I always look forward to seeing Snoopy! Cute little boy, and his cage is always very clean, which shows how much they care for their pets <3

I frequent this store to buy crickets for my family's lizards, and various supplies for my cats. The store is always clean and well-stocked, with a large variety of products for your pets. Much better than your standard Walmart pet section. Every time I come, I always have to make a stop to see the birds and their African grey parrot, Snoopy. The cages are always very clean, the birds seem happy, and it seems like there is always an employee there taking care of the animals. They have a lot of care and dedication towards what they do. When I return after college and get my own place, I hope to be able to purchase a bird. I also hope that they will have bird harnesses, as I had not seen any when I had birds a year ago.

Their bird they have in the store is really cool but I've never had a single employee that knew how to use the till without having to call a manager and it taking 5 to 10 minutes for them to figure out how the coupons work

They carry a variety of dog foods that are actually good for dogs. I won’t buy any animal food that is not completely made in the USA using ingredients from the USA. I use Redford naturals. It’s a company from the upper peninsula. Something they don’t tell you is they price match, if you find it cheaper online or somewhere else, bring in the ad, show them the other websites price or what have you and they will match it. Super helpful when it seems like most of the world is struggling with money.

Took me 15 minutes to find someone to help me. The store is messy and crowded. A person in a wheelchair would have a hard time navigating thru the store. When you actually find an employee they are helpful. The young girl at the cash register told me to go find a guy in aisle 2 or 3 that could help me get my big bag of food I needed instead of paging him for me, but once I found him he was super helpful.

They are the go to place for us for our dog supplies. We have needed to try out dog food for our big dog while we were working on his allergies while working with our vet and Pet supply Plus never gave us a problem when we needed to return a bag of food, which was multiple times. They have a Excellent variety of chewy bones in stock which is awesome as our dog has a couple food allergies. I highly recommend them!
