I ordered my products April 26th 2023. I messaged the seller July 9th 2023, explaining that I didn't receive the package let alone any tracking info. They in return messaged me July 11th 2023, saying they would send my package along with a free product to make up for the inconvenience. As of today (September 29th 2023) I still have not received my package or tracking info. I messaged them again over asking for tracking info on August 19th2023. They opened my message and never replied. I then messaged them again August 26th 2023 saying I would like a refund since they were ignoring me and obviously not shipping out my package. They then opened my message and never responded again. They are extremely unprofessional. I'm extremely angry and disappointed as I thought they were professional and I could trust them. I had to file for a refund through PayPal which I never should have had to do in the first place as I was looking forward to trying some new food toppers for my dogs.
