Actually I tried to fill my prescription in the drive thru. He man I spoke with was very rude. So I went inside and spoke with Jessica. She fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Thank you Jessica! Meijer pharmacy in Petoskey is usually rude and always mess my scripts. It was nice to finally talk with someone who was pleasant and helpful.Mr. Howay

I was trying to call the pharmacy because they messed up my script and gave me the wrong dose and to inquire about a script that was supposed to be filled days ago. They put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on me. They also have all of my information wrong even though I've filled something out to correct it once before. After 10+ years of having my scripts filled at the Petoskey Meijer Pharmacy, I'm ready to bring my business to another pharmacy.

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Jami today at the drive thru window. Friendly, fast, and went above and beyond to help. I use walgreens a lot, but will be using Meijer moving forward. Customer service is worth a lot to me these days. Big thanks to Jami who took a few extra minutes to help me out enormously!!

I recently needed to use the Meijer Pharmacy because my regular Pharmacy, Walgreens, did not have one of my Rx's due to a supply shortage. Meijer is an extra 20 min. drive for me, but after getting that med. there I transferred all my Rx's to Meijer. Now I've been using them for 3 mo. and I'm never going back to Walgreens. What a difference! Employees are helpful, friendly, well-informed. The app and text messaging is so much better, and more accurate. I would get messages from Walgreens that a med was ready for pickup, make the 30 min. drive to get there, and it wouldn't be ready. So frustrating. I'd tell the Walgreen's pharm. tech that I'd gotten a message saying it was ready. No response, no help w/ that. It's not ready - come back in 30 min. I assumed all pharmacies must be having these problems because of staff shortages and Covid-related industry issues. But the difference at Meijer proved me wrong. Excellent customer service, prompt and accurate communication. I gladly drive the extra distance.

Out of town health issue. Husband got a prescription called in for his eye only to find out that it could not be filled for days later. When we tried to call the pharmacy to cancel the prescription, we we placed on an extive hold for over 40 minutes. Issue was not resolved by phone.

No stars at all. Not deserved. The last 9 to 12 months my girlfriend has gotten an email stating her prescription was available to pick up. Never ready as her text. Have gotten there and there was an excuse every time. I don't understand why they are treating our vets this way. Sad. She has PTSD bad from her service. Yet Meijer Pharmacy still jerks her around every time. We're not happy at all. This happens every time not just once. The people are very smug also. Lying to her also. I don't recommend Meijer Pharmacy in Petoskey Mi at all. If you don't have to go there DON"T!!!!!

I have had this pharmacy for 7 years. I just switched to a different pharmacy. They never have the same people working in there. I have called month after month to have my scripts called into the Dr. time and time again they say they have done it. But then two days later my Drs. Nurse will say they weren't called in. She will have to call the pharmacy and order them for me. Its ridiculous to make someone go through all that month after month when they need their medicine. Or to lie and say they didn't get an order from my Dr. When I know they have. Good luck.

Pharmacist Rachel consistently helped find discount coupons or generic medications to bring down my RX from $300/mo to $5/mo.Pharmacy has been busy due to COVID shots a few days a week. Other times are fine. Drive through is convenient.One person that works in the Pharmacy has a severe latex allergy and signs are posted around the counters. Have to be mindful to not wear latex gloves or bandages if shopping there.

just read about the ordeal of the woman with her prescription for a drug her physician prescribed. This is america, the pharmacist does not decide who gets what drug. I and my entire extended family, who live in this region, will take our business elsewhere!
