She treated us like we were going to steal things even though we were just shopping and having fun with cute merchandise near the checkout

This Hobby Lobby is the best!Every time I go in there, they are so nice and helpful.I recently had a frame repaired on a painting that has huge sentimental value to me. Josh was the employee who helped me, and I cannot say enough good about him. I left my painting with him and received a phone call from him within 30 minutes, telling me that I was all set and my painting was waiting for me to pick up.I highly recommend this store. It’s very clean and very desirable to shop in.Thank you Hobby Lobby !And thank you Josh !!!

8/01/2023The employees that I encountered were friendly. I was waiting on my friends to get done in the store and they told me I could sit in a chair. As I'm waiting for my friends, every associate working, would smile and greet me. It was nice to see genuine smiles. All of them had a great attitude and they were very helpful. All my questions were answered, in every area I went to, with a smile and help me find what I needed. Also, I was given suggestions to do a project another way (I hadn't even thought of) which would shave cost, material and appearance would be a bit different but overall Save Money and still have quality product.I really enjoyed this location. Good group of people with genuine know. Keep up the good work!!

Huge place , a lot to look at so allow yourself some time. Always good deals on items plus always sales going on so stop in often. More than just hobby stuff. Interior decorations, toys, seasonal items. Well worth the stop at any time.

Today as I was shopping at the Petoskey location I had an attack of vertigo, a pretty bad one. The customers and store staff came to my aid and were incredible. The assistant store manager, Kristin, was super. She walked with my husband and I all the way to our car. I always find what I'm looking for at this store, highly recommended!

Disappointing first time experience. Not only were there delays in getting a simple frame job completed, but when it was finally done and in the store, I couldn’t pick it up because no one working there was trained to check it out and bring it from the back for me. And this all cost twice as much as it was to print the canvas. I’m not blaming any of the several staff members I saw in the store, rather it’s awful management or more likely horrible corporate policies. Don’t skimp on training, ridiculous.

A lot of inventory here and a clean and organized store. We went on a Monday evening, just a few cars in the parking lot; a very nice woman working the register. My son headed straight for the island of Cats vs Pickles and I noticed a small bench for our dining room table on clearance. We purchased both.
