I wish the location was easier to get to instead of having to plan it into an extra stop. I often forget it's there. But I love the store and most of the employees are very friendly and kind. Eta they still have the nicest employees

I have been talking and texting with Billi at Biglots Petoskey and she has been so patient and helpful with me, and I finally got the beautiful patio set that I wanted. 5 stars for Billi, and I would highly recommend her and the store!!

Clean organized store. Was there for a furniture pickup. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes? Helped by 3 associates, 2 of which assisted w loading and on our way.

Bought some recliners ❤️ decent price and super comfy. Also 3yr warranty for like $45 per piece of furniture. Well worth it!

Not a single pen, pencil or piece of paper. I know they are located right next to hobby lobby but they are closed on Sunday and Walmart was out of stock. You could at least sell the basics.

We were trying to buy a fireplace console here, I was told they were out no rain checks and they would not sell me the floor model. This was all fine a very nice man helped us and gave us pointers on to call and check stock. Today I called a lady answered the phone and was rude, did not want to help or answer any questions. And now 3 days later they are selling the floor model first come first serve. Fine, but the lady on the phone today didn’t want to sell anything. She may need a customer service course. She couldn’t check stock wouldn’t take a skew number for us :( .I called TC and they took my skew number and checked a 100 mile radius for me. The furniture man was very helpful there!

I like the store HOWEVER...I'm not crazy about a few of the employees they're kinda rude sometimes seem as if they don't want to be bothered with customers or be at there job no matter polite you are to them. Just saying....

Big Lots is a national chain as we all know. There's several down in Naples. They are extremely huge. Big Lots here in Petoskey is smaller but it's much more quaint I believe. You can get whatever you need quickly. The staff is nice and professional. They they have a variety of products that will cover the whole gamut of what you need for your home or office. I like the bins I get a lot of storage bins there.
