Zack and Todd did such a great job. They were quick and efficient. Very nice and accommodating. Having pets can really dirty your carpet. My carpets haven’t been this clean in a long time. All the stains are gone and my carpets smell so good. Overall such a good job. Defiantly would recommend and will be using their services again. Thank you guys, you killed it!

Second time I’ve ever given 5 stars to a company!!! Absolutely loved everything about this company. I needed my basement cleared out, cleaned, and repainted. I called the company and the owner came out and provided an estimate same day. They are incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to start within the next week. They started on time and were on finished on time! It took 4 days to complete the job and everything turned out wonderful. It’s a family business and they all are so lovely and a very nice family. I have received SO MANY compliments on my basement. Highly recommend.

This company did a great job for us when our home in Temperance, MI flooded. Austin, Jaydon, Jennifer, and Selina were at my house within a couple hours after I called and got everything taken care of in a matter of hours after I hired them. They left equipment at my house to dry out the effected area and the owner, Jeff, came out to spray mold preventer which gave us peace of mind. He also gave recommendations on how I could avoid the issue happening again.Very professional customer oriented group here, I would suggest using them if you experience flooding in your home and live in the Bedford/Toledo area.

I called Accurate at short notice and they were able to come out in good time. The 2 men were professional, polite and explained the pretreat option without upselling. I had to leave while they were working and went back to completely clean and fresh smelling carpets. They had cleanup up their equipment and left the house in perfect order. They were very patient with my autistic son and answered his questions. I highly recommend Accurate !!

We used this company when our basement flooded. They were quick getting to our house, all employees worked really hard and thorough to take care of it as quick as possible. Austin was so helpful in explaining what they used and why they use it, giving reassurance and confidence in the work they do. 1 year later and we have since used them 2 more times for our carpets & have had zero mildew/mold issues with our basement also. We called Jeff out to help with assessing effects from moisture in our basement. He fit us in quickly and provided remediation for our basement, even in a busy flood time. Jeff is knowledgeable about options and how to address issues appropriately. When we had questions afterward, he was responsive and helpful above and beyond our expectations. I’ve used ACC twice and have had great, professional service. One was a routine cleaning and the other was due to an emergency. The staff walked me through on the phone how to treat the stains until they were able to take care of them professionally within a day. Austin came and steam cleaned our 20 year old carpet today and made it look brand new ! I thought when they showed up after 2 kids 4 cats and 3 dogs they would tell me to replace it but to hear Austin come in explain they use steam and a degreaser instead of hot water and shampoo and too hear how confident he was in his work I decided to give him a try and boy and I happy I did !! I have never in my life had another company at my house that worked as hard as Austin did , he scrubbed my 20 year old carpet to brand new !
