I'm biased cause this is my hometown store, but I do work for different Rite Aid's in and between the Lansing/Brighton/Flint area, and this one is usually the best in terms of people, cleanliness and wait time in line

You know it's pretty sad when you leave the doctors office at 11:40am then go to the pharmacy at 5pm that same day literally 5 hours later and still have to wait for them to fill the two scripts for husband. How does it take 5 hours to fill two scripts??? There's no reason I should have had to wait 10 mins for them to be filled when they were called in that morning. Such a lazy pharmacy

I will never use the Rite Aid in Perry MI. The pharmacist spoke to me like I was a child when I asked if my script had been called in. In a very condescending manner he described how a doctor has to call in a script in order to get it filled. I don't think he actually understood that I was asking if the script had been called in. I got a call back a few hours later from a very nice pharmacy tech who told me they got the script but they don't take my insurance. The pharmacy tech suggested I try a smaller pharmacy. After I found a pharmacy that was both closer to me and that takes my insurance the Rite Aid pharmacist called me back and said they could cover a different amount of my script. When I said I was going with a different pharmacy this guy mumbled under his breath but loud enough for me to hear, "This is twice the work for me". I feel so sorry for anyone who has to work with him.

The lady that answered the phone in the pharmacy acted totally put out to check into a prescription that I got charged for. Customer service definitely wasn't her strong point. Thinking about switching pharmacies all together. So rude!!

The staff here seem really friendly. I noticed a lot of negative reviews dating years back on here. So, not sure if things changed or if I just got lucky. But, people do tend to post reviews more often when they are upset. With that said, been here twice so far and both times were pleasant experiences.

I shop here 4 to 5 time's a week. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. Love my Rite Aid and the girls that work so hard. Will go out of there way to help you. Keep up the great work

Go to store for phone cards, gift cards, greeting cards sometimes. Pricey on the personal items and supplements. Employees usually polite and helpful. I think the Plenti wellness+ card is overrated. You have to spend a lot to receive pithy savings. I don't shop there enough to make it worthwhile.

Pharmacy is always fast and super helpful! I dont even bother to go anywhere else. Every time i have a question they are right on top of it and let you know what product to get

This is the most ridiculous pharmacy ever. You'll get a text that says your prescription is ready. Stop by an hour later and they have no idea what you're talking about. Went to get three filled today and they didn't have two of them in stock. I transferred everything over to Central Pharmacy and I'll never go back.

The service is painfully slow and the people are almost always rude! Letting someone sit at the drive through drop off for 15 minutes with no one at the counter inside is absolutely ridiculous.

last time i was in here went to return some bottles and they werent nasty mind but the manager was rather rude about it and said we dont take them back anymore only if there in a box well how the heck u going put a 20 ounce in a box lol i believe if they sell it there they have to take the returns back is what ive heard before..

Terrible service! Rarely had meds that we needed for my son's asthma and would take them several days to get them. Would have to wait several hours for scrips that would get called in from doctors/hospital.
