Owner was always rude making it an uncomfortable experiance. Yelled at my kids for bringing our dogs in late when I couldnt find parking. Appears that after she's had enough bad reviews, she changes her business name to get rid of old reviews.

The staff and facility are amazing! They are patient, kind, friendly, and very skilled at what they do! Their prices are more than fair and they are FAST! Our dog is terrified of getting her nails trimmed and has been mistreated at other groomers. The staff at Pink Shear talk her through the whole process, making sure she’s calm and comfortable. They even adjust the leash every time she moves so she won’t be choked! Would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Very professional... Nice place. Lori took care of my badly matted long hair cat (That I thought forsure she was going to have to shave) like he was her own. Lori was able to brush and comb those mattes right out. Thank you so much. My boy is handsome again. She even cut his nails. Will definitely be returning to bring his sister in and him to keep their nails trimmed.

I found Pink Shear Pet Spa 3 years ago and they have provided the best services for my dog for multiple reasons. My miniature schnauzer always comes back with a perfect hair cut. My dog can be fussy and they do a fantastic job of making her feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this groomer for their love and patience with animals. Don't go anywhere else!

Staff was rude, they had a poor attitude as soon as I walked in. Was not greeted, the inside is awkward with a very large entry that was basically empty. Not a friendly environment. I was a new client and had a difficult time finding the building since there were no signs on the windows, just an old sign hanging on the roof of the block of buildings. My appointment was at 12 and I arrived at 12:09. I was from out of town and came to them through a recommendation. She gave me a lot of attitude about my being late and said she didn't know if she would even have time to groom my dog. I said I made an appointment and she said that if clients are more than ten minutes late that they have to reschedule (mind you I already had to wait 1 month before I could even get that appointment). So I wasn't even ten minutes late and when I apologized about us running a little behind she said with very heavy attitude "a little". She claimed that they are booked on the hour every hour and didn't know if she would even have time for him anymore. Mind you, there was nobody else in there beside one other groomer so I wouldn't consider them booked with no room for error. Upon examining my dog she said she could probably still do it and he would be ready at 1:15. I arrived at 1:15 exactly to pick him up and she said she needed a few more minutes. I didn't mind and figured they would at least let me pay while I waited. The other groomer just stayed at her grooming table and ate her lunch while I waited. Finally at 1:25 she was finished. So after giving me attitude about running late and having appointments on the hour every hour then explain to me why I had to wait ten minutes longer and there were no dogs in line for their next appointment which would have been at 1:00. My dog's haircut was terrible. Completely uneven, there are several bald spots. His face looks horrible and half is longer than the other. With past groomers my dog is typically excited after getting groomed but as soon as we got in the car he curled up in a ball and has been acting timid since we returned. Not impressed. Would not recommend and we will not be going back.

The staff here is fantastic. I brought my Newfoundland dog here for 4 years and he enjoyed every visit. Even after moving to Fort Wayne, IN I still brought him here every 5 weeks. They are that good.

Staff is awesome. Always has a happy vibe there. Ive been taking my yellow lab and my goldendoodle here for almost 4 years. The first time they went they were afraid to go inside but after their first visit they just absolutely love going there now. Couldn’t be happier

Excellent first experience. Dog was groomed exactly as we asked. Staff was friendly and dog was well taken care of. Price was very reasonable. We made an appointment for our other dog.

They come into Owosso/Corunna every other week to Pet Supplies Plus, do great work for cheaper than the vet will cut your animals nails.
