Nice clean store. So far all of their staff has been polite and friendly. The store has been well stocked on every occasion I have shopped there. They have a decent variety of items and prices are acceptable for a small town store. Parking is adequate and close to the entry/exit. They do not appear to have a mobility scooter or wheelchair available which would be a nice addition.

This branch has an abundance of selection & products compared to other branches nearby.I've visited this branch 2 times and both times the customer service was non-existent.The staff are young women that stand behind the counter talking and gossiping with their phones.There is no standard of basic customer acknowledgement or service.There is no greeting upon entry. The only woman working in the store I assume is the manager,she is a middle age(compared to the young women at the counter)petite woman with brown hair. She asked if I needed assistance while shopping.Upon checkout 2 younger women attending the register were deep in conversation over a gentleman that had text both of them and didn't acknowledge my existence.As I was unsure if the register I was at was open, I asked 2 TIMES what register was open. Both ignored me and continued to debate the character of the texting gentleman. One young woman was standing in front of the left register so I set my items there.SHE ACTUALLY MOVED FROM IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER BEHIND A TALL DISPLAY IN THE CENTER WHEN I PUT THE ITEMS DOWN!!I continued saying excuse me until the middle age woman with brown hair noticed me standing at the counter ten minutes later and went behind the desk and said, "There is a customer at the counter can you help them please?THEY IGNORED HER TOO!Finally she took over and checked me out. She apologized for the other two girls.I am unclear if she has any authority but if not then corporate should make it very clear that she does. If she is the manager I am more than happy as a customer with decades of management experience to help her learn the art of effective delegation but she must have hiring and firing capabilities first.

My reason for the one star is for the very inappropriate disturbing music that was playing while I shopped. Very vulgar language the whole time I was in the store. When I mentioned it at the check out that they should try another radio station the employee brushed off my concern. I will not shop there again.

Great selection! The people who work there are very kind and considerate. The store is always in great order. The woman, I believe her name is Krystal, was very helpful showing me where the nightlights were located.

Great store and good friendly staff. Excellent variety of merchandise at a reasonable price. Great merchandise for just about anything you need. Tried many of their products and just as good as name brands.

This is the cleanest Dollar General in the country! Please don't turn over management and have it get run down like most chain places do. I've been to So many Dollar General stores that have that moldy dusty smell when you walk it.

This was at the new store location in Pellston. I must say that I was amazed by the cleanliness of the store and the organization of the shelves. I'll definitely be back to this store.
