It stinks after never having an issue. The other day my friend and I had to get our prescription. Both of them were messed up. They gave her a pill she hasn’t taken in a year and they gave me the wrong prescription. One I’ve never heard of and or taken before. They told me mine was ready for over a week. Why tell me it was ready if you don’t have the correct prescription? I understand being understaffed. But I don’t understand not doing your job. This could cause some serious issues. I’m glad both my friends and I’s situation wasn’t serious. But my thought is what if it was? what if it was major and serious and they gave us the wrong thing? And made us pay for it… it’s not really safe.

Absolutely under no circumstance have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy! We were told our prescriptions were done last night when they were called in so we went to pick them up and only half the prescription was done. The next day I get a call that our prescriptions are ready so an hour later we drive out that way and are told it is going to be 20 more minutes. 5 minutes later I’m on the phone with a pharmacist and after explaining the situation she said the scripts are ready. The incompetence is unfathomable. A prescription should not take over 16 hours to fill.

Worst and laziest pharmacy I have ever been to. Save the headache and go somewhere else. They don't call your doctor's office if told to do so, they don't return calls, emails or voicemails. Even talking to them on the phone is horrible. They need to take there nasty attitudes somewhere else, if you don't like your job then quit or at least don't be rude and take it out on the customers.

Walgreens will never get another dime of my money. Wasted 10 mins in store downloading their app, connecting to the "new rewards" only to circle between multiple apps. Finally shows me the coupons are clipped, go to pay none of it rings up and the employee could not care less or offer any assistance. You're not ripping me off $7 everything you sell is way overpriced to begin with. I definitely left and didn't purchase anything.

I would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent staff that has called me on multiple occasions to tell me a prescription is ready for pickup, only to arrive and find that it is not. Absolute joke.

Waited in line at the drive-through pharmacy for 30 minutes then waited at the window for a good 20 minutes. Still never got my prescription. Everyone just disappeared.

Today Walgreens lost a customer due to their neglectful service practices.I was 3rd in line at the drive thru pharmacy today at 1:30pm, when it was my turn, I pulled up to the window the pharmacist closed the shutters and put up the closed sign. I go inside only to discover the shutters there have been closed as well.Good thing my RX isnt something I need on a daily basis like some people. In my years of customer service your lunch doesnt start or your shift doesn't end until all customers have been waited on.Shame on Walgreens, they cleary don't care about getting their customers their RX. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to go deposit money into my chime account there for the 1st time there was a old mean rude lady Name julie she dont know how to talk to customers when u hand her stuff she sets it in the counter to make u pick it up she dont know how to count she kept sorting my money got mad when she had to count it again idk why yall hire mean people like that not customer friendly

Cold, rude, and slow service.Always messes up your prescription fill. My first visit here they kept canceling my refill because of my insurance; despite me saying I'd pay out of pocket, because I needed it asap. 7-9 hours to fill an emergency prescription. Pharmacist is always late in the morning making her help wait outside with the growing line if customers. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. Your stress levels will thank you.

There is a convenience store/ photo shop on S. Kalamazoo St. in Paw Paw with a Walgreens sign out front that would be a great location to open a Pharmacy. Maybe keep some common medications in stock, communicate with customers, follow through on things. I always thought when my prescription was delayed I would eventually receive it. At Paw Paw Walgreens it gets delayed until it disappears into oblivion and you have to call and listen to some new excuse trying to explain why they have failed to deliver… again. If getting your meds in a timely fashion is important to you, go someplace else. If you’re hard up, patient, out of options, just looking for a greeting card, or always order everything at least sixty days ahead of time, maybe Paw Paw Walgreens can accommodate you… if you can just get them to answer the phone.FAILED

Pharmacy was very rude to me when they made an error. I was treated like I was crazy and they were very condescending to me. They kept insisting that they sold me 90 tablets when in reality they sold me 4 tablets. They refused to refill my meds and I finally had to insist that they review the security footage to see the truth. I then got an automated message that my prescription was ready for pickup. No apologies, no attempt to fix it. Despite even telling the manager how I was treated, he didn't care. I'm switching my business to Kalamazoo. It's worth the drive to have people that actually care about the customer.

If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would. I've never had so much trouble getting prescriptions filled. One tells you on the phone you can pick up your prescription then you get there and they say not until tomorrow. One hand has no clue what the other is doing. The only thing good about this place is its open on week ends.

Most of this staff is entirely rude, and unknowledgeable. I asked a cashier to sanitize a cetaphil bottle I could not return because they could not figure out how to, the cashier gave me an evil look, ripped a sanitizer wipe out of the packaging, and said to me cruelly; "you know, you do this all the time. 👹🙄" much to her dismay I have only been to that Walgreens twice. I'll never be back at this location.

The drive thru pharmacy tech was rude this afternoon. Told me a long line of cars was behind me when I took a few seconds to get my glasses and make sure everything was correct. Looked when I left and there was one car behind me. This is the last time I will get scripts at Walgreens.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Takes multiple trips and multiple phone calls to pick up a simple asthma inhaler and the staff were rude and incompetent. They couldn't understand what prescription needed filled even though there was only one open prescription on the account. It ended up taking multiple people to fill it and then another half hour wait after the prescription was supposed to be filled over a week ago. They said the issues were from "not having an updated phone number" even though all interactions were in person or on the phone speaking with someone. We will be switching and never going back here.

I use the drive for prescriptions. Almost every time there is a 25minute Karen in front of me in line...not sure why a pickup would take this long for ONE vehicle. Left this review after my second pickup was the exact same experience; over a half hour wait time in the drive-line.

These ladies are amazing! When I showed concern on my son's script brand change due to extreme medication sensitivity and multiple allergies, they ordered him a bottle of his original brand. It took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thanks Paw Paw Walgreens!

The pharmacy here is terrible. They never have full orders of medications, always giving out partials. They charge full co-pays for any and all partials, even when they know they are breaking your script up. The pharmacist, Beth is very rude and not helpful. Argued with me and even tried to put words in my mouth.Not a good way to treat people and do business. We will not be doing busi was here anymore.

I come to Paw Paw once a week to visit my folks and usually stop at this Walgreens to pick up a few things. Customer service is top notch, employees are nice and always willing to help. Store is clean. I just picked up my photos there. So far always a pleasant, hassle free experience.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Takes HOURS (5) to be exact to PARTIALLY fill a prescription, and then takes 30 minutes to reprocess the payment, when I have a manufacturer coupon to help with the copay because “people are in front of me”. Happens every time. Will not be back to this pharmacy.

I recently switched jobs and lost my insurance. I went in to pick up an antibiotic and when the pharmacy tech realize I didn't have insurance, she set me up on a discount plan which gave me almost 60% off my prescription. To me, that's going above and beyond

I always get good service here. They help in the photo department if you’re having any problems with the computers. They carry a full selection of makeup and toiletries. If you need a gift or card they always have a good selection. You can always locate an employee if you can’t find an item.

Would not recommend. Once, they tried to give me someone else's perscription even after I verified my address three times. This time I will have to go back for the third time today because they aren't timely, and then they had a question about my insurance, but instead of calling me they just didn't fill it. Wait is usually 20 minutes just to get up to the window at the drive thru. I will be switching.

Called today wondering if they had any thermometers, I was transferred to a very sweet lady. I think her name is Abby? She told me I could drive through the pharmacy and pick it up. I wasn’t feeling great so I asked her if I could pick up soup from there as well. She said yes and got me exactly what I wanted! Thank you Abby for taking the time to help me tonight! It really made my day.

It’s to bad i can’t put zero stars! We had ordered a calendar on December 24th and choose next day pick up, we ordered from their app! Which we would have completely understood if it wasn’t done next day as it was Christmas. We just needed it by Sunday! We get to Sunday and we decided we better call and see what’s going on, we get told they wouldn’t have a calendar paper until Tuesday the 31st. Between the time we ordered the calendar nobody called us and told us that, WE had to make the call. Okay so today January 2nd I decide I better call and see where this calendar is at, get told they haven’t received the paper yet and not sure when they will AGAIN nobody called and told us that! We had to reach out to them!!!!! Then I get told that the order we sent it only gets kept for 3 days and after that we have to send it in AGAIN! However when we called on Sunday the 29th, that part was NEVER mentioned! We use the photo center here A LOT and now we won’t be coming here EVER again! For a small town it probably would be a good idea to have more respect for you customers. When you order on the app you have to put your phone number down so there was NO reason we never received a call from anyone here!!!

I want to give ZERO stars, but that isn't a choice. This location in Paw Paw does not care about the welfare of their employees or customers. Although it is required that all establishments refuse service to customers without masks, they are not doing that. When I asked, they said they would not ask customers to do it. I'm done spending my money in this store and will be reporting it to our Attorney General along with the photos I took this morning.

Apparently everyone takes lunch together. They don't bother to put a sign in the window, just let the cars at drive thru build up. This is the last straw for me, moving prescription to paw paw village pharmacy. Seems 50% of interactions at this store are less than positive.

Scheduled vaccines for 11:45 and 12:00 it’s now 12:16 and still waiting. Without any reason or info on when we might be called. Also you can schedule times for the time when they close for lunch! Which happened last time we came and we had to come back.

Twice I have been told a wrong wait time at the pharmacy. Told the wait would be an hour. After giving them an extra 1 1/2 hours, still not done. Told to come back in another hour. Do NOT go here for your prescriptions - clearly understaffed.
