Good place to get pet supplies. Some brands of dog food only in large bags. Good selection of treatment products.

Max was in the garden department. He was so helpful and took extra time to help me out to my car and help load it up. Customer service like that is kind of few and far between in this post COVID world and I just want to give props to Max for doing a great job. I will definitely be back!

Its the service....The products are fine, the availability so so, prices about what you'd expect, some of the help honestly try but clearly haven't been trained, like someone saw a need for an area store, built it, staffed it and then went on to the next with no further efforts. Hey, nobody will notice.

This TSC is understaffed, and only half the staff is at all friendly! Most employees work Stock and aren't very willing to help.... one of their cashiers, Haley, is really nice!! It's always a treat to walk in and be greeted, then bid good day when she's working!

Normally the staff is really nice but theres some young kids there and you can tell they don't really care. I walked out to my car and some kid set a bag of McDonald's on my vehicle as I was walking up, saw me watch him do it, and walked by me like it didn't happen. Bad manners

Just waited 15 min for propane refill while 3 employees stood around talking needless to say this isnt the first time I have had bad service at this store. New management maybe? Not sure what but the service here is getting worse. Hopefully changes will be made to make your employees more attentive to their customers.

Have most things I need. A little more expensive than other stores. Usually find some good deals in clearance. Last several times I was in they seemed under staffed. Could not find help for a bit. Had a pretty long line to get out.

I am a regular customer at this store and normally enjoy stopping in for my dog and cat specialty foods. Today was by far my worse customer service experience anywhere in a long time. I asked the cashier at the register about the Greenies cat treats on sale 2 for $5 because they only had one bag left available for purchase and was told very rudely by so me 16ish year old girl I can't get them at sale price without buying 2 and when I asked why she said I don't make the big bucks I don't know 😡 I have kids older than this girl who would be afraid to ever speak to me that way! I'll take my money to Pet Supplies Plus where they have respect!

Never open on time.Employees sit at a picnic table by the door smoking.There's only one person running the cash register and there's always a line with 10 people in it everyone's complaining saying this isn't customer service to pay you guys to stand in line so that they can buy something.Bathrooms are gross.Poor customer service.Hire more people.

The supply in Paw Paw people are very nice over there they help out and I get good service over there they have everything what you need for your animals and everything what you need for your tools if they don't have it they can find out if they can order it and they're pretty quick on it they do have a lot of supplies it's my favorite place to go they even sell clothes Carhartts

Love Tractor supply. Got a battery here for my son's car far cheaper than anywhere else after researching it. Their stuff is always high quality. They also have things like Carhartt over all's, boots and seasonal gear like no where else.
