Most of your needs are readily covered by this gem of a business and their local owners. Simple and easy access, and I'm always happy to support these local businesses. They are always helpful and have a very capable inventory for most needs. as I don't always need to drive 20 minutes into big box stores, for what can be squared away and assist in small business support. As well, I am very confident here, as those offering help in box stores don't always give correct info...which ends up costing me time and resources to go back and correct the discrepancies.I'm grateful and very happy with our local business option. Hopes that they continue to serve the public here in our small town.

My new place for home repairs and improvement. Rob is awesome and helpful. I felt a bit uncomfortable at first because it's a small establishment but Rob answered all of my questions and even encouraged them. I'll spend a little extra over the box store for that service.

Rob is amazing! My husband just passed away. He always took care of snow removal and owned a plow. We got so much snow that was too much to shovel. Rob explained all the snow blowers to me and their differences. Then he pulled in one I chose, added the oil and took time to show me exactly how to use it. Then loaded it in truck. I am so happy. I was able to clear driveway and walk no problem.

Someone greeted me immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything. I did and the nice gentleman guided me to every item I needed. Everything I needed was in stock and had a reasonable price. I also want to add that on the way to the cash register I noticed a display of christmas lights and purchased some. I had been looking for lights for several days and no one had any in stock of all the different stores in a few different towns. I was extremely pleased with that. I cant think of a single thing that disappointed me during this visit.

I've had some really excellent visits, and one or two meh visits. The excellent visits are quick, they can help me find what I need and get out of there with a little pleasant chit chat.Other times the assistance is a little too cloying. For instance I'm(female)running a project, and if I need help I'll ask. If I'm just checking out with materials I don't need someone suggesting a way to re-engineer my project at checkout.There can be a fine line between helpful and too helpful, and I appreciate they err on the side of too helpful. And it always seems very well intentioned. Keep up the good work!

Definitely the best hardware store in Paw Paw! Super friendly and helpful staff, great selection, AND they have been so safe during the pandemic. They have multiple signs up about wearing a mask, the employees are always wearing masks, and they take the time to clean the registers in the carts between customers.

Cashier was really rude, when I walked in he asked me if there was anything he could help with so I ask if they had qwick set post concrete and if he knew how long it would take to set, his reply was there outside do you need me to read the label on the bag for you, so I replied you shouldn't ask people if you can help them if you're going to be rude, and I left and I won't spend my money there.
