My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days while we enjoyed the majestic beauty of the upper pennisula. The location of the hotel was key for us as it was very close to so many great places to visit such as Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Vermillion Point, Crisp Point and Lake Andrus to name a few. The accomodations were also spot on. Very reasonable rates, clean/comfortable beds and a well maintained property with a very helpful staff. We already booked our return trip with you this summer. Thank you for making us feel welcome.Walkability: A great local bar/resturant is within walking distance

Awesome place! We arrived quite late and the staff was very accomodating and welcoming. The room was very clean, we even brought in our yooperlite hunting UV light and looked around for fun and it was pretty much spotless! Very friendly staff, there was free coffee, muffins and fruits for breakfast. Walls are very thin so be aware of that but overall a very nice little place!

5 outta 5 and new owners are amazing beyond belief. They are down to earth and friendly. They offered there food and drinks if someone needed or ask as they don't have vending machines or snacks yet. I appreciate them for supplying free coffee and great wifi. I talk to someone earlier that told me 115 however when I got here it was 129. That was a little bit of a stressed but it's great to know new owners. I will be back next year!Rooms: Great spaces room and two bes, light and heat and a/c all work, has icee machineSafety: Very welcoming and safety firstWalkability: Plenty, stairs to 2nd floor

The hotel is fine and definitely a return place for us. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is dated and seems to be a work in progress. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king room in Feb, the room was warm, also there was plenty of extra space to spread our hiking gear out to dry on the floor.

Clean rooms. Granola bars and coffee offered in the morning. TV was not working and I asked for it to be fixed. I was left written instructions to do it myself. The instructions didn't work. The girl took the tip I left, and left the room without checking the towels or toilet paper. Trash left in cans, nothing cleaned. Disappointed that I had to go ask for toilet paper, and to get her to fix the TV. Staff nice, but I would not return.

Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed. Everything was well maintained & the bathroom was spotless!! The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast included breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cereal bars, juice & coffee. I had read bad reviews in the past, but under new management this place is great!! Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, the rooms were cleaned, the beds and rooms were comfortable. Fair price and she mentioned there would be a light breakfast in the morning. Juice, 3 different breakfast sandwiches, fruit cup, muffins, and decent coffee with many different flavored creamers. Very happy with our stay. First time staying there, we usually have our pup, not pet friendly but wish they would reconsider.

Good place to sleep for the night. The desk clerk was knowledgeable on food establishments near by. One of the owners was there to great us and offer places to visit. Very welcoming.Will visit again next time we come that way!

The staff was incredible they went above and beyond to make sure are stay was excellent. Not only was the staff amazing but the rates were very affordable and the accommodations were nice. Very clean and well maintained. Also the continental breakfast wasn’t your average granola bars and fruit they had coffee, juice, danishes, muffins, granola bars, and breakfast sandwiches. If you are looking for a place to stay in paradise I highly recommend. if I’m ever in the area I will definitely be going back!

Rooms were the cleanest ever. Manager Sandra was amazing. Kim at front desk was went above and beyond. Even housekeeping was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and I loved the individual packaging. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for the wonderful 2 days we had, and the special surprise for my husband's 69th birthday.

After reading the reviews, we were very hesitant to stay here, although the gal that helped us was prompt and caring for our needs. The room was clean and did its job. We have no complaints. The new management has seriously taken the upgrade to heart and are doing their best to give you a pleasant stay.We also drove past the cabins that are near, as those would have been our first choice, but they are so run down and gross looking, im glad we took the chance on this place.

Three weeks ago my family and I stayed in Paradise for the first time we were vacationing.we left early morning and after we crossed the bridge to head back home we realized that are 8 year old daughter had left her Castle Rock rocks in room 111 my daughter was in tears so I decided to call the front desk I spoke with a lady named Billy she did in fact find them in room 111 and she would send the rocks via pay upon delivery which was fine by me I was willing to pay anything to get those back for my daughter.my daughter has checked the mail every day for the last 3 weeks and still haven't received any rocks I have also stayed home a lot more than normal the last 3 weeks in case they were delivered to the door and haven't received them I think it was very mean to do that to an eight-year-old girl. Also the building as well as the room had an awful smell that we could hardly stand. I had to clean the bathtub in our room myself in order to bathe our 7 month old.we were charged over $100 for the room in my opinion it should have been more like $50

I really enjoyed my stay here, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained if a bit dated. Could definitely use some updated tv's and a bigger selection of channels. That's why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. I would certainly stay again though because I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. If the owner happens to read this maybe give some thought to soundproofing in the rooms, I think my girlfriend and I may have unintentionally woke our neighbors up in the middle of the night.

After taxes, $111 for a very outdated room. Not sure if the smell or the dirty carpet hit me first. It was 10pm and our campground was closed so we couldn’t stay there. We didn’t have any service on our phone. This was the only hotel we passed so we thought why not. Never again. The breakfast is packaged muffins, granola bars and little pies with coffee. There was a plastic protector under the fitted sheet on the bed which made it a little uncomfortable. The comforter is from the 90s. For these rates, you think they would update the place.

The new management is exceptional. Very accommodating and kind! Room was very clean, large and just what we needed after being on the road all day!! I’ve read some of the negative reviews and they do not portray the experience we had here. I highly recommend a visit to Paradise Inn!!
