This is a great community store! The products are great (and not overpriced) and customer service second to none. If there is something you need help with, Dave and the team will go out of their way to help. Today I got a ton of bird seed and was helped to the car automatically. This has also happened before when loading solar salt. 1st class all the way! Thank you so much Oxford Tractor Supply!

Normally the staff is extremely helpful, and friendly, however there's is always one that doesn't have the character that fits the establishment. I stopped in to get my usual purchase, and the cashier didn't think I deserved a friendly encounter. I was about fourth in line, so I observed how the other customers were treated. When I got to the line I wassimply asked "phone number", and then made to repeat my number at least 4 times because the cashier acted like they couldn't hear me🙄 I work in customer service. Speaking loudly, and properly are not my weak points!😅 Luckily I can see the register from the door, and if that cashier is working I'll just go to the other nearest location 😄 I still love the company, and why make that person's day bad if they don't want to serve me. At least they were kind to everyone else ❤️

I frequent the store alot...... Seems like they're hiring new people., Is that really care about customers. For instance, today I was greeted by a smiling face. (Kate).... She helped me find what I needed, And was very polite and helpful.... I definitely recommend this store.

The BEST customer service I have ever received at a store! You guys these things did NOT fit on my car, but their team spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to come up with ways to make it work. The cashier was extremely friendly. Really took time to help me find what I needed. Everyone was so GENUINE and friendly. I wish I wrote down the cashiers name, but Ethan, Austin, you guys made my weekend.I hope Tractor Supply realizes how incredibly lucky they are to have people like you guys on their team. You've earned my business for life.

What a great place! Clean, organized, and the customer service was awesome. I rolled into town needing a hitch and ball for the UHaul trailer I towed. The cashier was very personable and suggested I make sure I run out real quick to make sure it was the right size. Very thoughtful. The store is new and merchandise is easy to find. You'd be surprised with all that they carry. Stop in, you won't regret it. I'll be back for things I need around the house.

Staff isn’t trained in the basic skills of checking inventory when you call.We called ahead to confirm availability of a product. The person on the phone said “yup we’ve got lots” so we drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out nope, nothing in stock.

Went there with a difficult task for setting up a 200ft dog run. Worked with Marc and he was fantastic. Went above and beyond to help us get whatever we needed. Everyone there was cheerful and incredibly helpful. Its sad to say I'm not used to customer service being this friendly but it was very refreshing. I understand why it was busy. Definitely will be coming back here.

Tried to get some levels listed for 20 dollars and ranging up for 40. Had the cashier look at where I got them and showed how they were stocked and the most expensive level there was 20. Was proceeded to tell me why I was in the wrong for not checking sku after I had already repeatedly stated if they weren't the price listed I didn't want them. I jokingly made a comment about false advertisement and was promptly snapped at how it wasn't their fault or problem. Very unprofessional encounter

Well, I went for pellets for my pellet burner, and the goofballs left them out in the rain. I still give them four stars, Menards is a rip-off. UPDATE - So the gouging wars live on. Just when I thought gouging has tapered off. MENARDS is cheaper than you ging-dopes now. Adios.

Newest location for a long trusted company. Great help usual great items but s little leaning towards various dig food with cut back on horse and other feeds. Slightly smaller selection of various categories of items then other locations but still adequate. Some categories of items in a different location then the other locations so takes a moment to get your bearings or find someone things. Plenty of parking. Recommended.

I wanted to buy some ducklings, so I went to the customer service desk to ask for help. The man who was at the desk was on the computer and never even acknowledged me. I waited for about 5 minutes before I went back and stood by the ducks to wait for someone. Every employee who walked by was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me either. I finally went back to customer service and asked the man for help, and his response was, "I don't know anything about ducks," and he walked away. There were two other people also waiting to purchase ducks. I ended up just leaving because I couldn't get a single employee to help me. Will never go back here again.

Staff is so helpful. Shopping in the store is interesting and expands my knowledge of lives of others. Store is organized and clean. Nice deals can be purchased from the bins at the enterance.

Christian, the cashier, was not willing to look at clothing merchandise in the checkout as the clearance spring clothing was an extra 30% off. Definitely not a welcoming environment when the customer survive is not up to par.

Slower than Christmas. Came to get propane, female employee said she was helping another customer at the moment and would get to me. Wait by the propane.. 30 minutes later she is coming back from getting lunch and i am still waiting. Could at least have got another employee to help. Looks like i waste 1/3 of a tank of propane and do an exchange elsewhere.In addition:Based on your BS response, i will be making a stop in Brentwood at your corporate headquarters when i return to Tennessee in a few weeks to lodge a formal complaint. Btw.. Dollar General in Metamora got my business and has way better customer service.

If you're a senior, don't go here to get propane. They refused to help my mother lift a filled propane tank in the back of her truck when she was by herself. Normally I go with her but she decided to go while I was at work today. Shame on her for going alone I guess. Thanks Tractor Supply. You're the best!

Good tractor supply, friendly staff. I think it is one of their mid size stores. Typically fairly clean and organized. Good prices on oil and fairly large selection of hardware.

Very Rude employee at cash register... never even said hello, my husband put rubber cement in the cart , I placed it on the counter for purchase along with several other items, I hear date of birth...date of birth...date of birth... I realize she's talking to me???No explanation, just date of birth for purchase... apparently when you purchase items such as rubber cement the store requires a date of birth... My husband and I figured that out on our own ... "Cashier" was a 🦀 , because the store was busy? We spend a lot of money at the Tractor supply, belong to the friends and neighbors... Please and Thank you go a long way, Hello is a good start!!! I suggest training your employees on basic customer service,common courtesy!!! A simple fix but Powerful. I will spend my money elsewhere . Thank you 😘 . I chose not to use the name of the cashier....#it'sonthereceipt

Horrible service at this location, they have trouble keeping inventory on hand, looks like this unit has some really bad mgmt. Waited over five minutes at customer service desk and was not even acknowledged. Love the brand, but this location leaves much to be desired. I highly recommend you got to a better run unit than this one.
