The staff is always friendly and they have great deals. I love being part of the rewards program and earning points and also earning free bags of food. They have a new self wash station which I haven't tried yet but I'm super looking forward to that. They have a good selection for both my dogs and my cat

Do not purchase an i.d. spot engraved dog tag under any circumstances from Pet Supplies Plus in Oxford. Product quality is questionable, and both the manufacturer and the local store declined to offer any reimbursement. I have previously purchased a similar product with a one-year lifespan. The current product lasted four months, and is illegible today. Considering this is the first line of defense in assuring the safe return of a lost dog, I expect a pet supply store to adequately support the products offered. Management declined.

I like to get my pet supplies from here. They have everything I need for my pets and more. They have a huge selection of foods and other supplies. I like the convenient location. They carry the only toy my dog has not yet torn apart after 2 years!

I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at this store. They had everything I needed, which was allot. The store is very clean and organized too. The young lady who helped my daughter and I, was really great and eager to help us. I wish we'd gotten her name, but we were in the don't forget anything zone! i have been going to this store for a long time, staff is always friendly but the animals never seem to have any fresh water/water, and the food always looks days old and dried up, when you run a pet store your first priority should be the animals not socializing. I am in this store almost daily and on multiple occasions I've come into animals not being managed properly whatsoever, extremely dirty exhibits, water served is not near frequent enough for the health of these animals, when you have owners who are never around (if they are they are in the office with the door closed) They're not training their employees properly.

Friendly staff, clean store, always well stocked. Not store related is this cat food I've only found at Pet Supply Plus, gave it a try and the cats really seemed to like it, but after a week on only it they all started having slightly loose stools with a smell too strong for the litter to handle. Switched them out to Rachel Ray brand and they are all doing much better.

The store is vast and had several rows of kitten/cat products. I had to ask for help and the employees were gracious and so helpful. They did have what I was looking for. I am grateful they helped me and they had it. I would rather give local businesses (brick and mortar) than an online company out of state.

They usually always have my cat's food in stock which is nice and I love the deals that they have for their pet supply plus members! The story makes it easy for you to find the things that you need for your pet. The staff doesn't ask you a million questions when you walk in which is nice, they just kind of let you do your own thing and if you need help you find one of them

Another place I recommend people going to another pet supplies plus in Oxford, Michigan, which they been around for a while what it is a wonderful place to go to. It’s a place that you can take your pets to to get dog food cat food, kitty litter, cat food, bird, stuff, fish, whatever whatever you can get there in the staff they are really nice they’ll be happy to help whatever you need help with make it. It’s also pet friendly which you can bring your animals in which is awesome so that’s why I recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to get food for your animals

Staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I advise that you call ahead to ensure they have your desired items in stock before venturing out to the store. I’ve gone a few times and they haven’t had the filter inserts needed for my aquarium, colored gravel or my preferred brand of bird seed.

Arrived to pick up online order. Could see cart with items but waited until clerk finished customer to ask. Instead of acknowledging me she proceeded to help a person who stepped in line after I had arrived and was waiting. This was not only rude but very unprofessional. Other staff was walking around and didn't ask if I needed assistance and someone else was sitting in office she could have called but didn't.To top it off, they'd not been able to completely fill my order despite what the website indicated when I placed it. They never bothered to call and tell me or ask if I'd like a replacement or substitute product. I was not impressed with the level of customer service at all.

Called to see if they had a particular cat food in stock. Person who answered said she would check. While on hold a second person picked up and I explained someone was looking for something for me. They hung me up. When I called back no one would pick up. They clearly don't need my business.

I really only come here out of convenience. Maybe because I was younger I liked it better years ago. Most things I can get here I can get half the price on amazon. They do have a great staff and donate to local shelters so that is a plus. Would recommend if you need something quick.

If I could give a negative number of stars I could! From the time I walked in the door the older cashier was RUDE and when I told her I could not wear a mask I was treated even more rudely and disrespected. As I proceeded to walk down the aisle another lady overheard how rude she was and came up to me and said I HATE coming to the store because that cashier is RUDE and harasses me every time I come in here. As we were watched by this cashier while walking through to the store, Not finding the products we needed. I proceeded to ask another young employee sitting on the floor where I could find the brand I needed with an attitude she said there’s a small section in the first row. I continue to look still cannot find it so I went upfront to ask the older cashier for help. After she rolls her eyes and flared her arms at me, I told her I am merely asking where a dog food is! She proceeded to walked right past me into the managers office and said with an attitude, excuse me could you please help this lady! The manager came out calm and nice and I explained to him how RUDE and LAZY his staff is. I have never been so rudely treated and disrespected in a store in my life! I also proceeded to tell them as the older cashier cowardly hid behind her register that is her choice if she decides to wear a mask, and it is my choice to not wear a mask! And either way I am a human being and I deserve respect and while I am shopping in the store I deserve common courtesy! And as they both had told me yes I understand they have curbside pick up and you can order online but but I needed food right then. And they didn’t have it anyway so curbside pick up would not have helped!! Stop using curbside pick up as an excuse!I will NEVER shop in the Oxford store or any pet supplies plus again!
