My last time ever at Walmart. Ask to speak to the store manager , she never shows up found the Deli manager and got nothing but excuses not my dept, holiday weekend , people are at lunch , all this because people can’t return their bottles , all full or broke down, she told me I should continue to go to customer service if no one shows up. lol that’s her solution for bottle returns..Some of the meat in the meat department totally gray, fruit is bad , and fail to get a simple online order right.

This place is one of the Walmart stores that has gotten at least a small face-lift in an attempt to combat theft in their stores. The CEO has actually said that if they aren't able to stop the high numbers of thefts that stores will start shutting down. And they have across the nation. Not many, I don't think. But still. The fact that this has to happen is dumb. Thieves ruin so many things. Anyway, they revamped the self checkout and have added new security features. However, standing 3 feet away from a customer in the self checkout, watching their every move in such a way that even my child is creeped out, and not stopping this look that would make anyone uneasy, the entire time they ring up their groceries is unnecessary. And rude. I've never stolen anything from anyone in my life and am proud of that fact. But even more proud that I don't find myself profiling people, and even if I did, I would never do it in such an uncomfortable and obvious way. Things like this, I can get over. But you made my child uneasy.....that's all it takes for me to not return.

They need more cashier's and to start having sales. Literally the only store who doesn't. Walmart USE to be the number one store I shopped at every week but now it's Kroger and Meijer because I get more for my money then shopping with Walmart.

I love the Auto Center in Wal-Mart of Owosso. They have drinks you can purchase right in the Auto Center area if you don't want to walk to front of store. There's inside access to the store for shopping or walking around while car being serviced. I LOVE that there is NO longer any papers to fill out. The gentlemen took my information electronically, which saved a ton of time. There is a wait at times, but considering they get the job done CORRECTLY, without shorting me on the oil like a lot of local companies do, I don't mind the wait. They have a couple benches for waiting, or you can wait outdoors as it's not near M-21. They sell batteries, tires, cut keys, etc. I always have a good experience here, and hope that everyone who utilizes their services! They also give you a sticker with barcode (like one in pic) so you can check out at In-Store register should you shop and not want 2 separate transactions!!

I don't mind the people I like the store they pretty much always keep it the same may I say no more used to be Meijers was my number one go to they gave all the aisles the boot everything's weird I lived here for long Walmart's now my place this is where I end my song.

It says your open till 11 but I get there at 10 minautes to after getting out of work tibget an inhaler and the doors are locked i really needed that inhaler si thanks for closing early

The cleanest Walmart I've been in. Usually items are stocked up, but occasionally they aren't. Isles are never cluttered or dirty. Bathrooms are usually clean. I luv the ability to shop online & curbside pickup, especially with a broken leg. Makes my life much easier.

Just like any other Walmart. Pretty much, but this one seems to be a little bit out of sorts. There are times when you have difficulty finding things, even if you know the aisle number it's supposed to be in.

An hour before they close they have so many employees and boxes blocking the aisles. The employees will stand right there in front of you and not care if you can get through or not. Same thing in the grocery aisles. Went to check out through one of the longer self checkouts as there was no person there to check you out and the girl told me that the saline is closed. I said what about that one? It was the other long one. She said oh she just closed that too. That was 5 minutes before 11:00 p.m. so we went over to check out in the small self checkouts. My daughter went to one and my granddaughter went to another one. I waited behind my granddaughter so I could check my stuff out. They closed her machine up. So I had to go to a different machine and take the car away from them so they had to wait for the car till I was done. Like they can't wait one more hour to fill up the aisles up with boxes and employees? Is there a possibility they could teach their employees not to be so rude? Terrible rude employees! There's so many people in the grocery aisles working that I couldn't even go down them to get what I wanted. I don't know why I did it. Meijer is open another hour and their employees aren't rude to you. About done with that place. Obviously the customer is not important.

Got some produce there couple days ago AND NOW I HAVE COCKROACHES IN MY HOUSE!!! I don't know what is going on but I will NOT be shopping here anymore. You obviously have an infestation. I was also told you have fruit flies and pantry moths. I would advise EVERYONE to go somewhere else to do your shopping. It only takes one and your infested.

Very nice staff I encountered at this Walmart, place was fairly clean compared to a lot of other Walmart’s I’ve seen. Was able to get in and out taking care of what I needed to quickly, definitely a great hub for almost anything you might need in the greater Owosso area!

Actually worked at this location for 5 years and still shop there to this day great staff competitive prices and very clean store for the volume they do only knock would be the produce department they've gotten better last couple of years but still rotation is a problem area

"well stocked".. no. For a "super market", not really. I go here for specific items, mostly car fluids . Meijer or Kroger for food items...
