They don't even act like a pharmacy, more an overglorified post office. They don't confer with your doctors, insurance, or you. They will cancel prescriptions and not tell you any reason why and when you call to ask they get mad at you. The pharmacist is a complete egotistical prick.

Came in before close to get something that I suddenly needed. It was 8:56, open til 9. Just had to run in and run out... and they're open til 9, right? I walk to the doors and there's a cart blocking one door and two employees standing in front of the other. I go in and was greeted with "you've got 4 minutes." Totally unnecessary and tasteless. You're open til 9. People can read your hours. You don't have to make them feel like they're interfering for coming in when you're STILL OPEN.

LOL if I could do 0 stars, I would! Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy! My nephew has needed his prescription for an ear infection all DAY and they kept saying they didn’t receive it although they did and finally after calling and calling they told me the medication wasn’t affiliated with the insurance and told me to call a different pharmacy to get the script filled, instead of telling me this earlier. They waited ALL day .

Lately, the Pharmacy has been closed on several occasions I have gone there. Due to no Pharmacist being on staff. Thankfully it hasn't happened for any of my most important rx's yet.Walgreens took over my account from the HealthFirst Pharmacy when they closed down. I have been happy with everything. Untill this has started happening recently. That is However the only problem I have had with them. Walgreens has been less expensive. Also, they recognize me when I come in & are for the most part all friendly. They usually fill my Rx's very quickly. If not it's just usually from being understaffed & not the fault of whoever's working at the time.

Grumpy people work here in the pharmacy, snappy pharmacist ,keep you on hold for 20 minutes. Worst Walgreens I ve ever used in ten years.horrible service.ordered meds which i need for parkinson on a friday. Here it is tuesday and stll not there. Went to davison and wapaaa! Fllled in 15 minutes! Thank you davison owosso is ajoke.

New Pharmacist since 12/2021, Rude, lies. I have filed multiple complaints with Michigan Board of Pharmacies. This Pharmacist with held my insulin for 8 days saying they were out of stock, when my neighbor who uses the same type and dosages was able to fill theirs at this store. I'm also still waiting on my testing strips now 3.5 weeks later, this store billed my insurance wrong and outwardly blamed me. How is that my fault? This store also with held my heart meds for 7 days. Stomach meds 14 days. They are playing with my life. And might yours. I've changed pharmacies. My profile is a huge mess. Walgreens also billed me for 4 and 5 times my doses. FRAUD!

We have had our meds at Walgreens pharmacy for years with no trouble. Recently the pharmacy is closed during regular business hours and we have not been able to pick up our meds. With heart issues that is a MAJOR concern! DON'T GO HERE! Send your meds anywhere else but here!!!!!!

Very helpful pharmacy staff. They get things right down to remembering your name as you come in or drive up. I have been impressed. I am a bit of a hassle as I have2 insurances and a lot of medications to refill at once. They are patient here and willing to go the extra mile to do things well. The online portal is easy to use as well and gives good visibility and control over the status of prescriptions being on auto refill or not. I have had difficulties with this in the past with prior online portals, so I'm really glad I switched to Walgreens!

I went there to pick up some serious meds I needed and again the pharmacy was closed. That's not the first time it has happened. People need their meds. Other than that I like the workers my issue is just the pharmacy is closed

Walgreens pharmacy is hands down the best. I had to switch to CVS because of my insurance, what a pain and a mess. CVS is the worst! Walgreens is so much better!!

This location literally just left for lunch knowing my doctor was changing a script for me at that very moment. I am a addict and had no way of getting my script since I had to be to work. Who says this pharmacy and the ladies there cares? Not me. They would rather see me sick or do something stupid.

Walgreens Owosso ...THE WORST!!! I have tried to contact this pharmacy multiple times at the owosso location. I was on hold waiting for 26 minutes waiting for staff to answer..They picked up the phone and hung it up!!! I will never recommend to anyone who needs information from this pharmacy it was a waste of time!
