Either way, I go here and continue to shop here and I can always ignore the one person who isn’t in a good mood, and I appreciate everyone else who helps me out with any questions I may have. The employees here really need to be educated on there own pricing. I called talked to two different people at this store about propane tank re fills for two different tank sizes and they had no idea how much it would be to fill them the second person went as far as telling me to look up on Google to figure out price. They couldn't even tell me it's x amount per pound. Very poor service from the Owosso location

I used to think highly of this store and it’s employees, but now it’s overpriced, poorly designed, and the employees are grossly underpaid and overworked. It used to have the feeling of an old grocery store where everyone knew your name just six years ago. Now it’s a cookie-cutter box of uselessness designed to fuel city people and their hobby gardens. I will NEVER return to this store, or any others, unless I have NO OTHER CHOICE. Another small town farm store turned into “urban sheek” where nothing is ever available unless it’s a plastic rainbow flower pot which for some reason they’ll have 80 of. Their trees are always dead, their flowers are always either dead or out of stock, their feed is always full of mice and grain weevils. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I stopped in for some bar and chain oil for my chainsaw. Of course, they have the cutest summer stuff out, so I bought a beautiful sounding wind chime for $20. Baby chicks are there, so I had ogle them. Saw a dog kennel I liked and snapped a photo to try to find it cheaper on Ebay. And of course, you have to stand by the candy in line, so I bought some licorice.

Love this store, but today 8-9-23 they decided not to open the doors on time, but make me and my little girl who had to pee wait outside for 10 minutes. Then proceeded to talk badly about us among themselves until I went to checkout and spent 65 dollars. Family farm and home is where I will be shopping from now on.

If you get a gift card from this tractor supply, check it before you leave the store.. I got a $10 gift card here for buying a bag of science diet, large bag.stood there as she loaded the card and then stuck it in My wallet went to use it a month later, nothing on the card.Very disappointed that I went out of my way for the special and got nothing out of it.. Check your gift cards !!!!I just don't doubt that the person that rang me up kept it for herself..

I called the Owosso location around 8:30 pm to see if they had mineral oil. I explained to them that I knew they were closing at 9 and that I had a bloated goat and that I needed to get the oil ASAP. I told the employee that I was about 20 minutes away. The employee quickly checked to see that what I needed was in stock and brought it up to the front of the store for me. It was already rang up at the register when I got there exactly at 9, and while I knew they were ready to close I did not feel rushed to exit the store, I was even able to go back and grab a few syringes that I needed as well. Both employees I delt with both on the phone and in the store were knowledgeable about the product I needed and the situation I was in, and thanks to their quick actions and kindness I was able to get what I needed during an emergency. I frequent other store locations and this store is now my favorite! I wish I would have asked for their names so I could thank them properly.

This store is one that goes above and beyond for their customers! We purchased a zero turn today from them and not only did they make sure we found everything we needed but Katie helped us make sure it was there when we got there from St Johns. Shelia was an exceptional help when we were paying and such a pleasant conversation. Owen was soooo helpful he even helped us with our ratchet straps....lets be honest who knows how to use those things!!!! Overall if you want good service this is your go to. I will be coming there anytime I am in need of anything outdoor related. Thanks TSC 😊

There are some things that I really appreciate about the store. Storing carts in the self checkout aisle is not one of them. I've said something to 3 of the check out personnel and a manager. If we are trying to social distance it makes more sense to use that aisle. I typically buy 3 dog food items, cant reach them from the back of the cart, and can't move around my cart to scan all of them.

Cashier did a great job very friendly and very apologetic about the girls working the floor, the last few times I have been in this store I have gotten very bad service 2x went looking for something that the 2 employees were too busy on the floor chit chatting to come and help, had a few questions and they pointed me in the direction once and sent me on my way and the other time didn’t bother to look and were completely clueless..but put a puppy and a dog in the mix and they were running to them and played with them for almost 15 minutes very bad customer service!! wouldn’t be a big deal but we normally spend a lot of money in this store as do others and the service could have been way better...very disappointing trip to tractor supply

Has a pretty good selection of items. Has more farm and garden stuff than big home improvement stores. Similar depression of home, hardware and shop items to Gilbert's or Ace. Some good options for things like fire pit rings, lawn tractors and small implements, liquid tanks, trailers, sheds, generators etc. Not a huge selection of anything. Store and staff ar nice and helpful.

I like the horse bedding they carry - the TSC brand in the green bags is great. Very low dust and doesn't break down as fast. That Alpine Gold is horrible! Do NOT recommend!!!

I love tractor supply for all of my chicken needs, but they need to get more knowledgeable staff. I asked for a rabies booster for my one year old dog, and got a 6 in 1 instead. Which has everything but a rabies booster. Train your staff better.

Just popped in for some water softener salt, didn't really do any shopping. I have been going there for years and always have helpful, friendly customer service. They know about the stuff they sell if you have questions .

It is great to have a TSC here in Owosso! Good selection of farm oils and filters. I've bought a bunch of fencing supplies, from stakes to rolls and treated wood. Prices are very reasonable.

Assistant manager needs an attitude adjustment. Been coming here for 3 years to get dog and cat food. Lost my bussiness Today will be the last time I shop here.
