This place is amazing! I have an 8 year old, anxiety full, little gal and they did amazing with her! I have had bad experiences in the past with other local groomers, so i was weary but they made sure she was comfortable and asked about allergies and more!. They were so patient with me and took good care of my little pup. If you're looking for a place that actually cares about you and your pup and isn't just about another dollar, bring them here! She looks amazing and left wagging her tail! 😍

I have a 2.5 year old Labradoodle named Phoenix. Doodles are a VERY high maintenance type of dog. Phoenix has been seeing Rachel since she was just 7 weeks old. Every since then she has gone once a month for a bath which includes bathing, brushing out, cleaning up and around her face, feet and fanny, and cleaning out the hair in her ears. Every few months she goes in for a full groom which is everything I said plus a trim down of her fluff. Phoenix absolutely LOVES her 'spa' days with Rachel. When it is time to go all I have to say is 'want to see Rachel?' And she gets all excited. She literally pulls me into the building with excitement. Rachel is the most caring and loving person out there. She absolutely LOVES Phoenix and all her dogs/cats she grooms. I will forever recommend Rachel and Tails of Joy for anyone needing a groomer.

BEST GROOMERS AROUND! They care about their animals, giving them a break when needed. My dog is a golden retriever with long thick hair. She requires a lot of brushing out. She comes out looking absolutely gorgeous and she is still happy.

Rachel is best! She takes great care of my husky! My dog is still pretty skiddish but Rachel is so good with her you'd never know. My dog always comes back looking her best! Plus for her coming to West town too! West town needs more love!

Rachel is a remarkable grroomer. Shes talented while also being patient and doesnt believe in pushing the animals past their thresholds. She uses up to date positive reinforcement and force free handling skills as much as possible and doesn't belive in causing unnecessary stress. I take my 4 dogs and 2 cats to her and every one of them has their own quirks and she just goes right along with what their individual needs are so they feel comfortable and they trust her endlessly because of it. She loves working with the animals that need extra attention and tlc be it from behavior age or health concerns and that takes someone truly special. I have 2 special needs animals, my deaf cat and blind dog, and they just adore her.
