The manager at owosso pet supplies plus is extremely rude. Needed assistance finding a food for my sensitive pitty due to the norm being out of stock. She constantly interrupted and repeated herself like she wasn't being heard. The cashier was the only reason I made a purchase. She took about 10 minutes to show me alternative choices to fit our needs. We are thankful for HER assistance. Please do better, I can only imagine how she treats your employees. 😡

The employees are always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I only go there for the batteries for my dog collars, but they carry a wide variety of dog and cat toys, clothes, foods, treats. Also have a good selection for other indoor pets.

I really like this location, they always have what I need and they are all very nice. Only complaint is the website, it hardly ever opens up and when it does it moves like molasses. Makes ordering online a real pain.

I don't usually have issues shopping here but the last time I did the employee had to remove all my items from the bag and rescan them all. I didn't realize until after I got home that she didn't put one of the items (that I badly needed) in the bag. I had to buy another one and the item wasn't cheap.

Just received an auto ship order for dog food. Totally satisfied with the service provided. Item was delivered next day as promised and was placed where I had specified. Will continue to us auto ship. So happy to be able to support a hometown business rather than using Chewy. Always happy with the selection of product at Pet Supplies Plus. Amazing store! Always love the customer service. They even allowed me to exchange a opened bag of food for a trade of equal value, since my cats wouldn’t even touch it. lol Picky little buggers. Definitely recommend stopping in weekly for discounted food, and deals.

The mobile pet clinic is absolutely awesome. It's wonderful to have a place that offers heart worm treatment for my German Shepard for such as reasonable price. I will say when they draw blood it did seem to be a little bit rough contrasted to the vets office, she didn't see to take it too bad so I think it more than makes up for the cost difference contrasted to taking her to the vet! Outside of the mobile clinic the store is quite competitive on supplies and had a fairly large stock!

PSP doesnt send out many coupons that even work for anything I buy for my pets but when one works its usually a % off.. so I try to stock up. Only 1 bag of food was a available and 1 box of litter. Cmon Pet supplies plus; u need to do better. Not hardly worth the trip

Love, love, love this store! I always find exactly what I’m looking for and the staff is always amazing and super friendly. Every time I go, there are new, super cute, cats available for adoption! One of the last times I went, I ended up adopting a little black and white kitten (I couldn’t say no to his cute little face and mews)... and since then, my fiancé says I’m not allowed to go alone in fear that I might bring home more than one. 5 out of 5 stars!

I've been going here for years, the people that work here are nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They offer many different brands and for the most part their prices are about the same as everywhere I check. They also have a store cat that is very friendly. Definitely recommend.

The service was good, selection was great, great prices for today. one Improvement could be more animals such as reptiles and mammals. I got great assistance with any questions the store was clean and organized. The best part is I was greeted by a cat! :)

In most recent visits I came in looking for a water dispenser like the one I previously purchased for my cat.The last FOUR (4) times I visited this store, NO water dispensers on the shelf nor in back stock. When asked the staff when they would have more, I was informed "truck comes in Thursday." I came back on Thursday for THREE (3) weeks in a row and no water dispensers!! I think it's time to MOVE ON!!
