I literally come here twice a week, wich is going to change. Back in the day when you guys would get busy youd open up another lane if not 2. Nope not anymore. Just keep one lane open and coral all of us to self checkout. The other day we were 8 deep and no one batted an eye on opening another register. My 10 min trip turned into 30. My daughter who was waiting for me in the truck asked if everything was ok in there. I said nope not anymore.

Everytime I come here to shop you're always super busy, which is great, but why don't you have a shopping cart machine for the parking lot attendants to use? It's pretty inhumane to have them straining their backs and shoulders pushing carts through snow. Management should step outside and push carts during a heavy wet snowstorm! Get with it Krogers and try to reduce associate injuries!

I had to put 3 different bags of three different brands back because of this gluten free label. I highly doubt that they have a high enough customer percentage with alleged gluten allergies to warrant so many gluten free products. Hopefully others will use the free market system to discourage products like these from taking over the shelves.#notmyfakeglutenallergy

Stock in the store was better than average in my area. Zachary, a young man who helped me in the self checkout, really went above and beyond. I didn't realize I had items requiring a clip coupon. Unpromoted, he came over and patiently and kindly helped fix my order. I'm disabled and struggled shopping. I can't truly express how grateful I am.

6/29/2023 I was shopping here today and upon checking out I dropped a gallon of milk ar the self-check out station and it broke spilling milk all over. I apologized to the clerk (who was a rude person). I think this individual should take a course in customer relations.

Love the pharmacy, they are super helpful and I also enjoy getting a break on our gas. But the grocery part...oy! I don't know what has happened here, whether we can blame it on Covid or what. But the place has really gone downhill. It's rather dirty at times and when there are sales there is not enough product. If you don't go first thing on the first day of the sale you will see that everything is sold out. A few times I have gotten meat that has gone bad well before the use or freeze by date. To be honest I miss Kessels, which always had great prices and service. Once it became Kroger it went way down. Also there are usually only 1 or 2 regular lanes open and if you go early in the morning there are none. Surly people stocking the shelves, they shove by you and seem really annoyed with your presence. I'm used to this at Walmart but I thought Kroger was different. Guess not! And the cashiers and baggers...not sure what is going on there either. Mostly high school or college age kids and some odd characters. I'm afraid that aside from the pharmacy I won't be frequenting this store any more. Sav-Alot and Aldi's have super nice staff, clean stores and great prices. if I must go somewhere else I will head to Meijers.

They took forever to find my prescription. Then told me to come back in a half hour. I get back and they hadn’t started. They said the pharmacist had to approve order. It was the pharmacist that took the order. I could come back tomorrow. Why not, medications aren’t important. Store manager had to help me get order filled. I have never been treated like this before at a Kroger.

I guess it's the employee shortage that would allow a cashier speak to customers that way. I have never been treated so bad at a Kroger store unless it in Owosso. No customer respect at all.

Whomever is this Della individual that’s working at your store, she needs to be fired. I’ve never met a employee who is so rude and arrogant not only towards the customers, but her coworkers as well. I can’t believe she has to act like an irresponsible adult because she doesn’t want to be polite to certain people she don’t like. I hope you’re reading this, and get exactly what you deserve. She is the reason why I’m not going to shop here anymore.

I will buy my rolling papers in Kroger in Owosso from now on. You get to go ahead of everyone waiting for the self checkout. As the rest of us high paying customers with real food wait. I almost walked out!

I stopped on Mother's Day to pick up a few groceries. Always happy to shop there. My husband was in the hospital so rushed and stressed. Went quickly through checkout and I was offered a choice of yellow or red rose for Mother's Day, I choose yellowIt is still beautiful today in a bud vase. It was my one bright spot that day. Thank you

My favorite of the Krogers! Lots of room to shop, everything in order, rarely a box in the isle, many of the brands I prefer. Staff is helpful and polite.

Good location. Has the "Nature's Market" section with the organics, non-dairy and healthy items. Prices are decent. Sales and digital coupons on your customer card helps a lot. The organic produce section has grown and its great.

I regularly shop at this store however- I have one numerous occasions picked up things I needed for a meal only find out as I am unpacking them into my kitchen that the ingredients have curdled, been visibly moldy or bags have been slashed open. Granted I should do a better job inspecting my items as I take them off the shelves- however I believe a trusted source like Kroger should have better quality control.

I'm happy with my visit most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful today I ran into a woman who didn't have enough money to pay for her groceries I sent my daughter to help her and my daughter bought her groceries for and told her just pay it forward when she could things like that when you can help out people that you don't know gives you a great feeling of pride

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new pharmacy. Ive been going to Kroger for years for groceries but never once thought of getting my prescriptions there. After having to search for someone just to be treated rudely at Walgreens, I decided to give Kroger a chance. I was immediately helped by Sue who made transferring my prescriptions painless. I have received nothing but fantastic and friendly service in the many times that I have been in.

in self checkout the young guys were on the phone and talking to each other. I didnt know Kroger allows employees on the phone to just text friends without working. I needed help and had to wait a few minutes while a employee was finishing up a text.

It's a everything Supermarket. The only reason for 5 stars is the Meat Department. The Butcher will take some time to explain the cuts of meats.. I found this very helpful to answer question on cuts of meat....

Lately I think Krogers is dumbing down their people AND they are not nearly as friendly, this not counting employees are getting much harder to find. I hate plastic bags,,so I request dbl paper but they have a real problem filling them, either 2 items or a double paperbag so heavy it rips, which is what happened last week and yesterday, 2 different stores. All in all I use to love shopping this chain but not so much anymore, plus they seem to be more expensive.

My main focus today was to have the scripts I no longer need deleted from my pharmacy history. I was told by the pharmacy tech it was not possible to do so. I'm stuck with them for life apparently.If keeping your pharmacy stuff up to date and concise is a issue for you, look elsewhere. I switched to Krogers because of errors made at another pharmacy case their record keeping left something to be desired. I'm going to look again, it's been five years perhaps theirs more 'modern' competition out there now.
