Older business but it has been around a long time for a reason. Good place to buy your aquarium needs at good prices. You can usually find interesting pets to purchase like crayfish and axolotls from time to time. Nice staff also

Was I'm the store today! Wanted to buy a few fish but I do not want to bring what is growing in their tanks to mine! They are really never been the cleanest! But today it was the worst! Either they don't care I wouldn't think it would take much to clean one tank a day. Thwy can't be that busy during the day!

My daughter fell in love with a little baby rat there. Have her in a separate cage but will be introducing her to the rat family when she gets a little bigger. The gentleman that was behind the counter was a great help very respectful.

Everyone here is knowledgable and friendly. They have a good return policy on fish, and every fish I've bought from there has been healthy. I've also taken my dog here for nail trims and they do a good job. I love our local pet shop.

I called about my pleco trading it because he was to big for the kids tank. He was about 9 1/2 inches. On the phone the gentleman said they would do credit towards a purchase. When i arrived and had pulled up the bucket the my fish was in he immediately took him and just dumped him in to a tank. We did not discuss what we was going to get for credit for him. Then he told me and my kids we was only getting 6 dollars for him. We had seen them at that size go for $25. I feel as if they cheated us.

Absolutely love this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Grooming and boarding, good selection of fish, birds. Rats and mice. Some reptiles, and other furry pets. I've purchased several pets from here and wouldn't go anywhere else unless I had to. They are absolutely fantastic. And that's no exaggeration.

Great place. They've had some hiccups and the place was, obviously, built in the 60s, but they've got the best groomers and their clerk, Brie, loves small animals and will go above and beyond the call of duty to research what your pet needs to thrive. If she tells you something about an animal, take it as gospel.

It's the only place our Dog lets clip her nails. They're also great with my skittish rescue cat and my rabbit, both of whom only let me hold them normally. The store also carries the only cat litter I'm not allergic to. Our cats love their toys and when one of my cats was sick and needed syringe feeding they worked with me to find a food she could eat with the syringe.

Small store and small inventory but helpful. If they dont have what you need they will point you in the right direction. Birds hamsters gerbals bunny's gpigs a few reptiles and amphibious creatures.they are a local mom and pops store but very friendly.

I LOVE FAIRVIEW!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to help you with anything they can including any information you need when buying a pet. The groomer is excellent and pays very close attention to my 3 dogs, she even notices when they have ear infections and other ailments, not to mention she has won awards for best groomer in our area for years!

My wife and I went to Tennessee to see our new born grandson.While we were gone our dog hadn't ate.They didn't let us know as we could of had a family member stop by and see him at least.We had a vet appointment the next morning after picking him up and he had lost 6 pounds.We understand that dogs and pets miss their families, but would have been nice to get a call.

I don't even want to give them a star at all! Last year.i boarded my fur baby there for 4 days. I got a call on the first night saying her face was swollen up. I asked what happened to her and they said nothing. She was perfectly healthy when I left her there. Needless to say when I returned, I had to rush my dog to vet and she was so ill that I couldn't save her! I lost her a week later! I would never recommend this place for boarding to anyone...i will never leave another pet with them ever again!!!

They had a good variety of fish. Only like 2 lizard dragon things, a giant bunny, and I bought a hamster. They had alot of those. And some guinea pigs and some birds. But the girl who worked there was high or something because she didn't give us very good service. Haha, not a bad place to go and get a pet though.

They can be pretty booked up, but only because she does great work. She is very friendly and has an extremely fair price. My dog looked like a whole new pupper after.

Staff was unknowledgeable about the help I needed, petite blonde woman was helping me but had to ask other people multiple times the questions I had. I spent much more time there than I would have liked. 10/10 would not recommend.

Tanks filthy, no fish, no wonder, they would die! No feeder fish, did not have much stock of anything. No tetra startzyme/water clarified, no river shrimp/baby shrimp. Sad this use to be my real to go, gone down hill😫

They had hamsters in a tiny cage together, bettas in fish bowls, and birds in a very small, dirty cage that they didn't have enough room to fly inThe staff is always really nice but it's obvious nobody here has done research on the animals they keep and just use them for profitHamsters can and will fight to the death when put together, it isn't natural and even in the wild they avoid each other. They have no benefit from being together and it's extremly risky. Those cages aren't even big enough for one hamster, let alone two.Bettas need heated and filtered water, putting them in bowls is arguably worse than putting them in cups because it encourages people to put them in bowls at home, whereas the cups are obviously temporary.And I feel like the bird thing is pretty obvious. even if that cage was a temporary thing it shouldn't have been as dirty as it was.

Went to get the dogs nails done today. Got there at 10 but had to wait because she was gone. Supposedly had to take care of something. If you are there to do a job, how do you get to leave??? Then she acted like she really didn't want to be there. Not a happy camper today...
