It's nice to be able to get a good steak, that you can tell is not artificial. Have never had issues with staff being lazy or unfriendly. Bottle room does need attention, but for a small town, I'll deal with it.

We absolutely love this small town Village Food Pride! It's always well stocked, with everything you could want, and their prices are very competitive. Their produce is fresh, meats are high quality, employees are so very kind and helpful always. It definitely beats the craziness of Walmart and the long lines at the checkouts.

Great selections of popular cereals (Kellogg's), milk and milk substitutes (like almond milk), and bread are available. The meat selection is A-1. The seasoned chicken bits are a family favorite as a pizza topping. The staff is accommodating while customers navigate the store and are friendly at checkout. Shawn, who keeps the store tidy is usually full of enthusiasm. Better yet, the family owners all play pickleball!

Nice small town store. It's always clean and they offer a small salad bar and hot foods along with a refrigerated deli section. Prices are high on most items but if you shop during sales and use coupons, it's not so bad. Their meat department is better than any Walmart or Meijer. Good place to stop for a forgotten item.

The check out lady eating while checking my groceries is about as unprofessional as it gets. There were other employees around and an older lady behind counter reading a paper so others saw and said nothing to her. Will not be back

It's always nice to have a grocery store nearby, but there is a cost for convenience. Prices are usually higher unless things are on sale, but sales deals are usually pretty great. Meat selection and quality is great! Fair warning, check expiration dates on things before you buy. Hubby has come home a couple of times with expired items.

Good small town food store. Remarkable delli selection along with freshly prepared lunch take outs. The meat counter is excellent and prices are remarkably competitive. The building is not glitzy but I don’t go there to buy the building.

Excellent little grocery store with almost all the ingredients you probably forgot you needed. Our family has visited this establishment for 16 years for last minute items from baking ingredients, fresh veggies, cleaning products to medicines. They’re not perfect, and a little cramped, but very helpful and good quality!

20mins waiting for a staff member in this small little room that smells like year old beer very sad to see a business go down the drain And this is not the only issue ive had here ive also been denied liquor without them even looking at my i.d ill never come back get new staff or just close at this point

sees to be more of a large party store rather that a foodliner. a bit pricey but better than having to drive to owosso or st. johns. have to wonder why most of the employees are found shopping in the food aisles at walmart
