Best Vet Has never let me down in years with all 3 cats ive brought there. Took my boy spike when he got fixed did the best job ive ever seen so quick and cut my good guys nails for him got him home in a day. Never takes my animals off to another room for shots or meds is a serious no no if a vet does that they are more likley to be rough with your animal. Always offers condolances even when ive had to put one of their pacients down to heart disease elsewere. Overall amazing little pricy but trust me its worth it for your babys.

Every single time I have come in with both of my animals I have been met with smiling faces and extremely helpful front desk staff/ vet techs. They answer every question I have and are friendly to not only myself but to my pups!I would recommend this vet to anyone looking!

My dog was so sick nobody could get her in I had to wait 7 hours at the williamston hospital so I took my dog to Ovid veterinarian they got me right in the kindest friendliest people and they help my dog.

Apparently I didn't follow directions very well, I was sitting in the parking lot with a very sick kitten. I was suppose to call first but even though they couldn't see her right away they took her. Later gave me a call to pick her up. They've called several times to check on her. Thank you, for that. Please people do not just drop off your unwanted cats a farm, we really don't appreciate it.

We had to take our beloved dog to Ovid-Elsie Animal Clinic to end his suffering. The staff were so wonderful and understanding. They let us move at our own pace and treated Diesel like a member of our family and theirs. It was a horrible day but their kindness was so appreciated.

They are a caring small family owned and operated veterinary clinic. The vet techs are helpful and wonderful. Dr Reigler is knowledgeable and while I'm not good with names, her techs are great. We love our fur babies and I don't just trust anyone. That's putting it lightly. This is a caring vet and staff.

My husband used this clinic before we were married and I recently got a puppy and today was the puppy and my first visit. The staff was extremely friendly and the veterinarian was also friendly and knowledgeable. She made our puppy feel comfortable in the strange environment. I highly recommend Ovid-Elsie Animal Clinic.

We had a great experience at the Ovid vet with our cat November 2017. This was our first time using this local vet. The lady Vet even called us three different times to just check on our kitty who was sickly and did recover. The vet gave us lots of advice and our cat did get shots of medicine. The prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful. The vet is clean and organized inside. The lady at the desk made me feel welcomed.

I came in on tuesday. i brought in my dog that has passed away early that morning for a disposal. the girl at the front desk was very rude to me. i paid with three different credit cards because it was a sudden expense. the girls rolled their eyes as sighed when i went back and forth about getting a claw paw print of my beloved childhood dog. i will never come back here nor will i recommend. they are supposed to be sympathetic and caring, but i didn’t feel any of that. just their attitudes and rudeness towards me. it made the process of them carrying away my dog even harder.

When the new Doc took over, this clinic took a turn for the worse and has been declining every sense. My family and I have been taking our animals here for the past several years and was very grateful for everything they did for us including helping us through the difficult time of having a beloved cat hit by a car and killed. We reached out to them for help with having the cat cremated and they were absolutely amazing and sympathetic. Currently we have an older dog who is having issues that needs to be treated immediately because we are being told by them and every other vet we have talked to that it could be life threatening. We called the office Monday and was told that all slots for the day were filled but they had open "emergency" slots for the next day but we would need to call at 8am the day of in order to get one, keep in mind they have told us this is life threatening! This morning we call at 8am only to be told that all "emergency" slots are now full. After expressing the fact that we were already put off, they told us we could be put on the "emergency" list for tomorrow and come get some antibiotics. When I questioned why if its life threatening do they keep pushing us off I was told I could take her somewhere else. Believe me, we have checked with every vet in our area, none are accepting new patients!How can you give antibiotics for something you haven't diagnosed?What happened to the care and compassion that used to be? The old Doc would work after hours to help a sick animal if need be!We ended up going to MSU and our dog had to be put down because she was too far gone! We tried to get Ovid-Elsie Animal Clinic to help us for a day and a half and got no help whatsoever! Shame on you for the stress and hurt you put on my family and our poor dog!

This was our Animal Clinic when we had our old dog. He passed. Time went on. My daughter has a puppy now and every single other Animal Clinic is more than 35 minutes away. I called today to get an appointment for her puppy and the receptionist said "They were not taking any new patients, so have I been there in the past?" I said "Well, it's been years, back when our dog was alive. I said I live only 5 miles away and would like to set up shots for the puppy. She said, "Oh, well, you're going to have to go somewhere else, we are not seeing new patients." I asked her to search for my file, she typed in my name and found it! YAY!!! Right???? WRONG! She said, "You can go to Dewitt, Owosso, Alma. I told her THOSE ARE 45 minutes away, Why can't we come here? She said, only people who are with us, I said, Clearly I am. She said, "Well Sorry." I was annoyed and Thanked her anyway, end of conversation.

I grew up in o-e an have been going to this vet for my whole life. They have seen all 3 of my dogs an helped with the passing of 2 of them. I called today to make an appt for my new cat an check up on my older dog only to be asked where I live an there not accepting new patients very shady to say the least I'll find a new vet

People here are so rude on the phone, nothing like feeling you cant ask questions about your pet or even ask about payment. RUDE AND I ONLY RECOMMEND BECAUSE HOW CHEAP THEY ARE. PROBABLY WHY THE STAFF IS HORRIBLEUpdate: Ovid elsie animal clinic seen both kettens on Oct 27 20 for office vist an vaccination, By the 29th going to a different vet Both kettens had Feline panleukopenia virus one put down that day the other fighting for his life...Also have them calling me questioning my review on here. How unprofessional!!!!!! Why am I getting phone calls questioning my review and not a written response on here like others?

Twice they have got us in right away for an emergency. First was because my cat got into a fight and got a infected hole in his head. Second was our Bassett puppy got in the trash and was acting sick called on Wednesday and they couldent see us till Friday called me back shortly after I hung up to tell me that they had a cancelation and could see us.
