Home away from home for our beloved fur baby Dixie! Carol and her team treat every dog & cat like family. They are the best at what they do and the facility is always clean and well staffed. The grooming services are also top notch. I wouldn’t think of taking our dog anywhere else!

I had a miscommunication between the vet and my dogs shot records were not correct. I understand why they might have been hesitant about boarding my dog, I later called my vet and the vet said it was a mistake on their end. The way the staff treated me in front of my son was very disrespectful. I called to inform them of the mistake and was greeted with the same disrespect and hung up on. With a little bit more patience this whole situation could have been avoided. How this place got such good reviews, I dont know. But I would never trust them with my dog.

I get my long hair cat shaved once a year and she hates it but at Carols the women are so good with her she laid there calm as can be without even holding her down much . Wonderful experience and cheaper then the other places. Carols is my go to groomer from now on.
