Since moving to Otisville two years ago, this Rite Aid has been our go to pharmacy and I've been very happy with the service. My prescriptions get filled right away, they send lots of reminders via text and calls, and anytime there have been issues they call to let me know. Would be nice if they had a drive thru window but it's rarely busy so I don't mind going in. Keep up the great work!

Simple complaint, on Friday 3/29/24 I pulled up to go in the store at 9:55 pm, my headlights shined through the window and a male and a female were in the front at the register and looked out the window at my lights and when they saw my lights they walked to the back. I didn’t think much of it until I got to the door and it was locked. I thought maybe it was 10 pm or after so I looked at my phone and it was 9:55 and the closing time on the door was 10 pm. I was not going in to shop for 30 minutes, I needed 1 item and I was getting out. I would have been out the door before 10. I’m not impressed and I won’t be back.

I've never had an issue here until today, which is unfortunate because 99% of the employees are enjoyable to converse with. However, I had to visit the store when a runny nose ensued and your cashier who claims to be the manager just said to me, "yeah, I like to go places and get people sick too". Seriously? 1. He works at a pharmacy. 2. I'm not sick. 3. He's manager material? I think not.

I just got out of surgery an hour ago, called to fill my script an they denied me because I did not have a driver’s license ID EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE MY BAND ON MY ARM STILL HAVE A BAND AID FROM MY IV HUGE SURGERY CUT ON MY HEAD AND A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Cop took my ID a the policy they have in place for that is let their customers suffer. Great business practice will never ever ever come here again. Thankyou wallmart for having compassion and being understanding!

Extremely knowledgeable and hardworking core team. Very fast passed but always attempts to take time to apply GoodRx if it makes the meds more affordable.They Care enough to do what is right by the customer, but not always able to afford them the patience and attention the customer demands due to the high volume of other orders.Tries to explain to people when they don't understand why med was not filled. Most have no idea about communication difficulties between pharmacies and Doc offices, legal limits, time frames, or insurance restrictions. Short staffed like most places means they work harder and get treated worse. They have my respect and appreciation

The store is always clean and well stocked. Whenever I go in for a prescription, they fill it in a timely matter and get the prescription right. The prices on merchandise is quite reasonable. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful as well as the other employees.

Always have some sort of issue when filling a prescription at this Rite Aid. They dont have the med on hand, cant find my insurance info, give me misinformation, etc..... Male pharmacist is very rude. I'll happily take my business elsewhere👎

What a joke of a pharmacy. Doctor called in prescription left it on there answering machine they said they never got anything. They said it might be coming from a hub. I told them my doctor left it on there answering machine they said hold on let us check put me on hold for 22 minutes and never picked the phone back up. Definitely avoid this pharmacy if possible.
