My husband bought a $30.00 toilet seat from them on Saturday with his debit card. He returned it shortly after because he found the same one way cheaper at Home Depot. They said that they returned his money to his debit card. Today is Monday, no money returned. I called up there to tell them that their refund never worked and we never received our money back. He said that in their end it says returned, and offered nothing more. I feel that we were ripped off for $30.00. Our bank has nothing stating any money came back through to the bank account. So, this store kept our money.

Been going there for about 30 years. Always great service. And if they don’t have what you need, they will try to get it for you. If not they will offer other options. A lot of places won’t suggest a competitor that can help you.

For the last 24 years I was a home owner in the Otisville area and found the hardware an extremely welcome oasis to save me a 20 mile round trip for a $1 bolt. While their prices are higher than most that's expected to save 2 gallons of fuel. Yes, their customer service is very poor but I'm there for hardware not to be liked.

They have a few odds and ends the come in handy. Nothing crazy. But homeboy that works there, that has the "I'm better than you"attitude and wears the shirts bought at baby gap, needs to watch his mouth.

Saturday at 1:30 and get in my 2016 Corvette to go for a cruise---battery is dead!!! Davison and Clio are each over 20 minutes away, so I give a call to our local auto and hardware store, not real optimistic as it's so close to home,give them a call and sure enough they have 1 YAY!!! Good price,fit perfectly, 45 minutes later am back on the road 😎 Thank you very muchly!!!

Terrible customer service, return policy changes depending on who you are. Gordon has a terrible attitude; huffs, puffs, sighs, takes a mocking tone when questioned. They'd rather send a disabled vet WALKING 2 miles down the road for a wrench than allow them to return the wrench in a half hour.

McDowell RV in Deerfield recommended these guys to me for our trailer window replacement after I had tried a few other options, to no avail. I called otisville glass up and he arranged an appointment with me to come look at the trailer. Once there, he measured and said he'd call with estimate . HE did just that - called me the same afternoon! I authorized them to order the glass, it came in and the guys can back out to install the glass. All done very professional and affordable! Anyone needing R V or auto glass, I strongly recommended Otisville Glass and Auto - also thank McDowell RV in Deerfield for the recommendation! ! Very happy 'campers'. Lol
