Our Beau gets his nails done here and Crysti is amazing with him. Super convenient pull in and 10 mins later he’s done and always happy to see her. This time he came out smelling amazing and had the CUTEST tie on. Highly recommend Crysti for all your pets needs.

Sadie is a rescue and terrified to get her nails clipped! I told the staff and they were so kind! Now when I tell her it’s time to go get her nails done! She runs to the door and not away to hide!

I am so thankful for Crysti’s pet service! We took our dog here in a bit of a family emergency. I could immediately tell they cared for our pup. They also took effort to help me in my distress. Took my cat there with several severe matt's in her hair. Crystal groomed her and she looks adorable. I am so happy with this place and crysti. Very clean and safe. She is terrific. Will definitely go there whenever my cats need grooming. She is also very caring and gentle.

Couldn't be happier with Crysti and her awesome team! They took fabulous care of our three dogs (2 Bernese and 1 mastiff lab). All came home looking beautiful after their spa days. The prices are very reasonable and unlike every other groomer I'd reached out to in Genesee County, Crysti had open appointments so we didn't have to wait weeks or months. Will definitely be back!

Great services, Extremely Friendly! My dogs are really care for.. they are in and out fast and aren't anxious when they come out. Crysti does an amazing job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I even called last minute and she worked us in. The prices are really reasonable! You need to see her! I have found my new groomer!

I took my miniature golden doodle to Crysti today not sure what to expect—WOW I was so very impressed! She took the time to get to know my “Phoebe”, listened to what I wanted and delivered and then some! The price was very reasonable too. When she called to tell me my pup was ready was just what she anticipated. When I went to pick up my pup she was beautiful and so happy. She loved the experience. You can just tell how much Crysti loves animals and she was so very pleasant. If I could give her more stars I would. Thank you Crysti—Phoebe and I will be seeing you again soon—she grows out fast.

Took both of my English Cream Golden Retrievers in for the first time today. Staff was very friendly and did a great job (Turbo can be a handful!). They were wonderful with both dogs and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would recommend Crysti’s to everyone and will definitely be back.

They were awesome. We took our dog , a 7 yr old abused pure bred female German Shepard. They took such good care of her. She has bad hips and joints. The took care of her nails, did her ears. She was a massive shedder the trimmed and bathed her. She looked awesome and smelled better. She was wearing bows in her hair and the cutest bandana. The were so kind to both her and us . I would highly recommend them.

I have been with Crysti for 3 or 4 years now and she is the best!!! She loves the dogs like their her own! She very professional and kind and loving. She goes above and beyond to help me and work around my crazy schedule and even if I can’t bring them to daycare she comes by the house and checks on them. She is a great groomer and always keeps them clean and happy. I keep adding dogs to my family and she is always willing and ready to work with me and help me so they are taken care of! We basically share custody of them 😂 Thank you Crysti for all you do!!!!

Had a dilemma as my vet in Lapeer is not taking appointments, assuming Covid, but they wouldn’t reveal. They have taken care of my fur babies for years, and just love their service and staff.This led me to look for someone to do a nail trim on my Heather as her nails get to a point that they grow past her toes which causes her to have trouble getting up the stairs to the house from garage without slipping and hitting her face.I was given Crysti’s Pet Services Info from a Neighborhood Watch neighbor (Melanie) today! From the time I made the call, drove her up there and returned home it was all of 15 minutes. Amazing! Fastest nail trim I have ever had!!Very polite, professional, friendly and price for nail trim $5 is unheard of, as I am used to paying $14. Needless to say, I doubled that for a tip for such great service and very impressed.I will definitely be a regular customer from this day forward! My Heather’s nails looked so good and she flew up the stairs with no problems!Thank you Crysti for such great service and close to home!

I have a large cat that is very hard to groom, so I was leary bringing him anywhere. But I'm so happy I brought him here! They did a fantastic job, and my cat was a happy guy when I picked him up. I'm so thankful for the woman here, and will be back. Thank you again ladies!
