What a wonderful job the new manager has done there. Cleaned it right up, you can walk around finally and shop comfortably, and see what your looking for. I actually could use a clean rest room. The change in staff there is wonderful. Finally. The effort is shown. We appreciate all the work done for our little store in Ossineke. Kudos.

This store has completely changed for the better since the new manager has taken over. Although the new manager is quite obnoxious and loud which would have dropped my review down to a 3 star but what made me decide on a 5 star review is that incredibly sweet and helpful young lady Jenny. It seems like the employees there are getting better but some improvements could be made in that department since the other ladies that work there are either quite rude or have no clue what they are doing but I know good employees are hard to find. Overall though I highly recommend shopping here.

Store is so much more tidy, organized & CLEAN since the new manager Jamie! Even as a customer, I’ve noticed so many new changes! Also worth mentioning- I’m so thankful they have a phone line again - seems it was out FOREVER before and when I asked the previous manager about it they blew it off n didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience. Things are out out nicely in front of the store, there seems to be more stock and definite continuous flow through out the store rather than just unorganized shelves and odd end caps. I never have a bad experience either - very friendly staff. I’m impressed and thankful for the new changes ! 💜

I've been to many FD stores. None have impressed me as this one. It's clean, well stocked, employees were ready to help and very kind. The manager was so sweet and helpful. So glad I stopped in that day. Even though it's a bit out of my way, I'll continue to do my shopping here.

My wife and stop in when we pass thru town, usually the store is a hot mess can never find anything and the staff was usually pretty clueless. We stopped in this past week while we were in town and we're impressed with how much things have changed. Store was clean, organized and the staff was very helpful. What a turn around from last year. Keep up the great work!

Amazing!! The store is very clean and all of the products are accessible! You can definitely tell the employees and manager take pride in the store the shelves are stocked beautifully and organized and it just makes sense! You can definitely tell the store is under new management! It has improved by 100%! The manager and the employees are very kind and helpful! I love shopping here! 10 out of 10!!

First I want to say for the most part the staff is pretty friendly,But I have a real problem with there pricing, you really have to watch what they charge you at the register, for instance, today they have Betty Crocker brownie mix on sale for 2/$5 which is really great but regular price is $2.10 box which 2 boxes would be $4.20 WTH sale price is more, and there blue labeled evaporated milk is $1 can at the register rings up $1.50 can, bought some close dates hot dogs few days back, price tag right on them for .25 each and .15 each get to register she rang them up at .55 each. Please people whatcha your prices it happens every time I go in there, than when you correct the person working they get really ignorant with you and tell you to bad that's the price were charging that's what rings up, well sorry but by law you have to charge the price it says on the shelf for that product, I really hate having to point prices out every time I go in to buy something. But with it being the only store out here I haven't much choice where I can shop. Please corporate let's get your pricing straight, it's very frustrating.

I shop at this store alot. The employees are nice, polite. The manager Jamie keeps the store clean and well stocked. Very helpful, polite. Always has or finds answers to questions.I absolutely would recommend this store to friends and family

I like the convenience but it means nothing to have a ”you are required to wear masks and maintain 6 feet distance” on your door when your own staff can't do that. Twice I've been in and the masks we're non-existent or below the nose. Four different employees.

This store recently underwent a major remodel/overhaul. It is truly a great addition to Ossineke. Keeps you from running to Alpena for everyday food items. They carry a little bit of anything you may need in food and household items at a low price.
