I am a frequent shopper at the Oscoda location and have always been provided good service. I cannot say that about today's visit. Today I received exceptional service. Every employee was friendly and engaging. I'm compelled to share this review after being checked out by cashier Natalie. Despite being very busy she provided me (and every fellow shopper ahead of me) with a refreshingly positive demeanor. I felt she sincerely enjoyed being there to assist me and appreciated my business. She has renewed my confidence as a valued customer. Thank you, Natalie!!

Bought a loveseat at the goodwill in oscoda Michigan today and it is infested with bedbugs. Was told by the lady when I called “ oh that’s funny because we check our stuff” NOT FUNNY AT ALL LADY I HAVE 5 KIDS!! 3 of them which were in my van with the infested couch!!! Don’t believe me I have tons of pics and videos of them moving !!

Has one of the best organized clothing sections I've seen at any thrift shop, just bought a house here and going through jeans so bought a bunch at affordable prices for yard work. Staff is friendly and store is very clean, doesn't have the musky smell you usually get with thrift stores. My wife also said it's her favorite because has a great selection of clothes.

This Goodwill doesn't have much in the way of home goods anymore. Not sure why but mostly clothes that seem to be the same each visit.Sure not like all the goodwills the YouTubers go to on the internet. May have to stop going there because they don't have much to choose from and it is a wasted trip.

Great shop! Pretty good deals. The clothes are kind of pricey (like $5 for a shirt) but still cheaper than if I were to go buy it anywhere else. Bought a couch, chair, few pictures for my walls, and some plates and bowls on top of a bunch of clothes too. Did not disappoint and will be returning. They occasionally have pretty great sales as well and even have a 50% off day once a month from what I've been told

This store is well lit, well stocked and run by very nice people. By shopping here, the community helps support people who need a hand getting their lives on track and even saves the community money on everyday gently used merchandise. A good thing!

This is the place to go to find treasures!!! I have bought here soooo much stuff!!! For crafts, table games, toys and even clothes!!! Items for your kitchen, luggage!!!! I found a huge collection of shells for a wedding!! At great prices. Every time I have $5:00 to spare, I go there! Lol!

Since this is a thrift store, one can expect to see secondhand goods here, all with different degrees of quality. As for the store itself, it feels a little empty (like something is missing) and barren (not much to see aesthetically). Customer service is decent in that a store employee greets you and says goodbye.

Aways fun time hunt and find things you didn't know you needed at a great price and a great cause.Check out their bucket deals. Rubbermaids of collective things at a great price. Always fun to find.Sign up for their rewards program and follow them in Facebook for extra savings... Not that you need it but it's fun to save even more.Happy hunting!

Clean and organized, unlike some of the old skool thrift stores of yore that could be pretty dirty and unorganized.All the Big Three thrift chains of michigan have upped their game 🎮 n recent years- Goodwill, Salvation Army, St Vincent's, with professional looking cleaner better organized interiors and staff.

WAYYYY over priced, also disappointing that you grab something you think is in good condition and find out there is a big rip or stain on it. You would think as they hang these things up, they would check to see if the shirt they are hanging is ACTUALLY worth $5? Funny how that works, unfortunately Goodwill rakes in huge profits and donates the least possible. I love thrift shopping when I can, and this is a nearby place to our families home, but I dont get super excited to go there when I have to. They could do alot better. The staff is also pretty good at throwing their attitude around.

Smells like a nursing home and doesn't do simple things like assist customers, or pickup bulk donations. It seems odd that an orginization who recieves BILLIONS of revenue each year and approximately 775,000.00 from State and Federal Grant's and subsidies yearly on average- cannot do simple things like a dollar air freshener, a mop for the floor, or a smile. Oscoda's location is particularly interesting. On the brand new donated goods they recieve from, Target, for example- you will often see a markup from the original price. This is an orginization whose CE0 makes millions per year, pays nothing for inventory, preys on the low income and disadvantaged/disabled. And this town funnels money into the pocket because of limitations here. I have been in this store twice personally to see free to them, brand new goods marked UP. That, among many other things they do is unethical. Today, in desperation- I call and see if they want something donated because I won't be here to help a friend with some things. And I was told that they want clean, low wear items, brought to them...clean is a no brainer. Low wear is a no brainer. And you want it DELIVERED TO YOU also? These people are the ultimate racket.
