No matter what you're looking for this store seems to have it! They have it well organized to find what you need, without unnecessary walking. Their staff has been pretty helpful but you should know what you are looking for before you head in. Pricing is decent and they have sales all the time so checkout their booklet for deals. I have called to have them check the store for products before as well, which is a nice perk.

This was my first time going to this tractor supply , And I will be honest as always with any place. It was nice employees where nice the place was neat and clean . Friendly environment. And what was really nice is the same stuff that is on sale here in my town tractor supply , was at this place to but way way cheaper prices I'm not joking . Go check em out you won't be upset . They got a whole bunch of space heaters on sale for 20 bucks and 22 bucks the nice ones .

The employees are great but the store sucks. They never have what I need in stock. Per an employee corporate just sends them stock... They do not get to order what they need. Shelves are barely stocked.

I experienced better customer service at this store than I have ANYWHERE in quite a long time. I purchased a gun safe from this store and there was a minor issue with it. Conrad went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and was taken care of. Great job Conrad. you created a customer for life

Store BLOWS. Never have anything in stock, even though they show it in stock. Whoever is running the store needs to get a clue, and employees need better training. Cashiers cannot do their own math, will not give you change if you say ‘oh I have the correct change for my bill’ they say ‘we cannot change the amount after it’s already been put in the register’

Good selection of yard and general hardware equipment. Often go there for the big bags of bird seed to help them (birds) through the Michigan winters.

Eugenia was the best sales person I've ever encountered. She was very knowledgeable and informed me in more ways than I needed. Great employee and nice location. We will definitely make the drive to come back. The ducks are doing great!

My husband and I shopped there today, 6/25, and needed help out in the yard. Nolan came to our aid. He was so very polite, knowledgeable and helpful that we thought he should know how appreciative we are. Great young man.

Always friendly associates to help in any way, products always available and prices are reasonable. I go 1 or 2 times a week. If I need an item maybe 3. Store is always clean, aisles wide to accommodate carts. Pam always goes and finds what I need.

We went in there and spent over 400 dollars and no one could help us even the manager didn’t know answers to our questions everybody was very unhelpful then we had to go to the of the store to order fencing and no one would help us with that so we just left after spending over $400 in the store would not recommend going there on a weekend maybe through the week it is better??

Please stop increasing the price of bird food. I can’t afford any more increases. The sunflower seed has increased 50 % over the last 9 months and thr suet is the same. This is a hobby for most people and the people who are buying it are older. We are on fixed incomes. Cmon be reasonable !!!!

I have been going here for a long time. People come and go. Whoever they have running this place should train their staff to come up with solutions to problems instead of just saying you can't do something. I was trying to pick up my normal 20 bags of salt when an employee told me I couldn't load salt where the salt is located (apparently in a fire lane) they should probably move it where it's not in a fire lane. I will now take my business elsewhere.

We usually find what we need here. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They have some unique gift items if you are ever looking for something different to give.

Please put the small animal bedding back inside the store, this is Ortonville and I don't want wood roaches ending up in my guinea pig cages due to the bedding sitting outside. We bought bales of straw that were littered with wood roaches from this location last year. The straw I understand, the small animal bedding should be kept inside though.

I arrived and was pleasantly greeted though I was looking in there very very small Husqavana Chan saw section. Here they did not have the correct bar for my Husqavana chainsaw. Also when I was checking out the man behind the counter was kind, older aged though, did not let us use our neighbors club membership even though I seen on the register in all caps that YOU MUST ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY HAVE THIS MEMBERSHIP I stated that I did have this membership and he said that it doesn't matter it would just email you deals. Sir with all due respect I want deals on my cat food, Me and my family spend too much on the little devil's anyway. Though I had a rough experience I will come again just because it's close and I'm sure some other cashier will let me use my membership that I applied for.

Walked in and asked bob from the register if I could get assistance at the propain refill area. At first when I said his name he said "what" like I was being annoying. Then when I asked him my question he looked around and said ok like as if he was being sarcastic. I thought he may be having a hard day so I wanted near my RV outside. No one came. Went down the street and they meet me by the pump and filled up quick.

Anthony, Bob, 5 stars to them two, helped me out with my questions and found what I was looking for. Another gentlemen, named kent was there and wouldn't say a word to me nor would look at me, i walked up to him asked a question, he turned away from me and walked away. Goes to two other guys over by the truck bed ramps and starts helping them. Tells them he will take $50 off the price. Didn't know we could bargen here to? Very Unprofessional. Very disappointed in the people who hired him in this store. My 5 star rating goes to Anthony and bob.

Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Service was slow but we had a large group - we did come early and made reservations. Dinners are between $10-$20.

Went in looking for a lawn tractor battery, I checked the website earlier and they were in stock , nothing in the rack so I asked the cashier he said he would half to get someone else to check then proceeded to wait on other customers.
