I live in Oxford and shop at Ortonville store as they are so helpful and willing to serve. The manager is kind man, I still have small rescue and the coupons help and after an issue with online and then my mum going to hospital a week later he still honoured my coupon, which helps my animals so much. Took my 2 German shepherds for a bath there and it was a very easy undertaking! They supply 3 different kinds of shampoo and towels. There is no way I could have done it home! Plus it's $20 for 4 visits as opposed to $10 for a single visit.. great deal! Best part is all the mess stays at the store and not all over my bathroomThank you to the cashier who was extremely courteous

It has been a minute since I had been to a PSP. I basically went in for some puppy training and a chuck-it. It was cute, clean, nice lady at the check out. The register was a bit slow, and I paid with cash. Other than that, I’ll be going back. This time I’ll remember to check out the pet wash, bc my rottie will be too big for my bathroom soon.

I have been using this store since moving to the area 6 months ago and have found the staff to be very helpful and always up beat. The store is always well stocked, clean and I LOVE the selection of music they play. My family will continue use this store for all my pets needs.

Be careful. Shelf labels are not updated so you may pay more at the register. This has happened to me twice at this store. Always get your receipt and double check. Adjustment was made when brought to their attention but still inconvenient and frustrating.

Always clean store the workers mostly have the answers I need, although it's a hit an miss on my guinea pig favorite food ,browns festival they looked it up to let me know that the supplier is behind now when ever I go in they have it in stock and my dog's love there backery cookies 10percent off when you buy 4 I'm always about saving

Found exactly what I needed, the dog food that was sold out at the Pet Supplies Plus Waterford location, not their fault because we bought it all (Shout out to Waterford location as their staff and location is excellent too!). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the staff was great. Will definitely visit both locations again so I don't accidently corner our specific brand dog food market in Northern Oakland County.

Great place to go. Staff is always very friendly and understanding of people and their pets. Despite being a small location they still try their best to provide products to fit customers needs and small group of staff makes going there more neighborly. Dog wash is quite handy and beats using your own tub to wash your doggos. They also price match so you can get the best price.

A store that is always clean, and filled with employees that are ready to help makes for a great shopping experience. The young man I spoke to was polite, extremely helpful, and took the extra time to walk me to the food i was looking for rather than just call out an aisle number. I hate to leave a bad review for somewhere I once enjoyed shopping and taking my dog, however this needs to be said. I have been coming here for some time to not only buy dog food etc, but to also use the dog wash as my dog is not the smallest of breeds and during the winter months it is difficult to wash him at home in the tub, to be specific the employee Emily (who is supposed to be a store manager mind you) made my last trip here nothing but a inconvenience, the shampoo was not even working but not only that I was denied having extra wash rags (which was never an issue in the past with the last manager I had interactions with), the simple fact that she acted stuck up and snickered about us needing extra towels really upset me, employees let alone store managers should not treat any of their paying customers this way. Beware of this store and it's employees as they do not care of your needs! Will not be returning needles to say and recommend to others to drive the extra 10 minutes to a place that cares.

I've been there 4 times in the last 4 months to use there bathing stations. The first time it was great. The second time I came straight from a park and wanted to clean my dog because he was a little muddy. I didn't go home because I knew they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and towels. When I arrived I rinsed my dog and the shampoo was not working. Employee's tried fixing it but was unable to. I then went there again and this time they did not have towels. The last time I went was becauae my dog had a UTI and I had to clean the urine.My vet suggested that I go there because they carry shampoos specifically designed to kill the urine odor. I asked 2 employee's where I could find it and they had know idea what I was speaking of. So then I just used regular shampoo and the towels they provided was the size of a wash cloth. Only was towel was provided. I asked how I was suppose to dry a 100 lbs dog with that and they just laughed. Said they could only supply 1 "wash clothe".I wouldn't even consider it convenient if u have to deal broken equipment, missing products, and especially, and I hate to use the words but ignorant employee's. Will never go there again.

I took my puppy in there to get socialized. (She's afraid of her own shadow!) When we came in the door there was a gentleman there working. When I told him I needed to socialize my puppy, he dropped everything to spend a few minutes bonding with her.She took to him like he was an old friend, which is shocking, since she's usually wary of men.The young lady at the register was kind enough to pet her, too, and she helped us find everything we needed.
