Cashier was very rude my mom was n cash out lane and was trying to get my account to work so she can transfer money bc im special needs so I can’t really do much with my own money she is the one who helps me do that stuff so the cashier was really rude and told my mom to hurry up and she literally was rushing us bc there was people waiting sorry im different from other people so

I really want to give this a 5 star review because the store cleanliness, availability of products, and employee demeanor/hospitality is good... WHEN the store is open.Unfortunately, there is little visibility into what the store hours will be each day. Store hours aren't just reduced, they randomly vary.One recent consistency is that the store has been closed on Tuesday and Thursday - it would be helpful if the online listing could be changed to reflect this.As you can see in the picture I've attached, the three conflicting times posted on the door (along with different times listed on their Google profile) are confusing to say the least.

I only go to this dollar tree because it’s on my way home and is very convenient.. otherwise I would not go here, the employees are VERY disrespectful! On their website, they have their hours to be open til 9, when I arrived at 4:50pm one day, a male employee followed me around screaming at me how much time I had left every time the minute passed. Once it was 4:58pm, there was this sweet elderly person who road their bike to the dollar store (mind you it was rainy and very cold), as they tried opening the door, the same male employee screamed at them pointing at the homemade sign that said “CLOSED”, once again, more people were trying to come in and he’d lock the door while standing there screaming at them from inside. I don’t know who he is or what his story may be, but someone needs to get him under control.Still, everyday I pass by, they’re closed by 5, not updating their hours.

Not from this area, just stopped in. Very nice Dollar Tree! Store was well stocked and associates were busy putting out more merchandise. Cashier was extremely nice, Sorry I don't know her name.

I've been to a ton of dollar stores and some of them are just a mess. This Dollar Tree has been organized, stocked and well maintained since it opened. It's a good little addition to our small town. The workers are always bubbly and helpful. I always stop here first to see if they have anything I need, and they usually do!

Best bargains around can be found at Dollar Tree. The newest one in our area is located in Ortonville, Michigan and is wonderful. It has to be the cleanest and most organized one that I have ever shopped at with the friendliest, courteous, and most helpful employees ever. I hope they continue to stay that way and will make shopping a joy to do.

If you want a quick stop this is. When the first opened they where well stocked. This year they don't have half the variety other dollar trees have. For example halloween items. Very poor selection to other dollar trees have and to what this one had last year. I will be going to the other dollar trees for my holiday items.

Upon walking towards the store seeing an employee standing outside smoking, garbage and cigarette butts strewn on the ground, I promptly turned around and drove to Dollar General. First impressions are priceless and the lack of cleanliness was far from a good impression. The store hasn't been open a week and it's already a trash can outside. Suggestion? Get a garbage can and if employees have to smoke, there is a back door I'm sure they can utilize. 👎

Just got told I had to wear a mask even though my doctor recommended that I not wear one. We are over 400 days passed "15 days to flatten the curve"! Dollar Tree is just promoting propaganda for a worthless and political endeavor!!! That frail old lady shouldn't even be out in public if she is that much at risk!

Very cute little dollar tree!! Staff was friendly, it was very clean and organized!! Getting in and out of the parking lot kinda sucks cause it's on a busy road, but other than that it's very cute!

Very disappointed in this store. Website says open Sunday but when I got there store hours list it as Closed on Sunday. This is the only day I can shop so I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. If you're going to be closed, update your web page so other people won't be making unnecessary trips.

I have loved the Ortonville Dollar Tree and still do for the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees with the exception of Travis who is supposedly the manager. He cannot be found when the cashiers need help. He is of no help to the customers unless help is defined as “over there” to someone who had already been “over there” and didn’t find what she was looking for.So 5 stars for the store offerings and the cashiers/stockers and ZERO for Travis the manager = 3 stars

Not sure where the first poster was but it couldn't have been this store. I found it spotless with a very friendly, helpful staff. The store had a lot of great deals where everything really is a dollar...or less!

Very good place to shop but there is a sexual predator after me in that store so i recomend older women cary mace when u go in there. HeS dangerous at the cash register to check u out. Be careful. Everyone eles is nice.

The store was neat, clean and organized as usual. I was a little disappointed due to the lack of choices on gift bags and wrapping paper. Not much for a 3 year old girl.

They have a decent selection of items I need, but they are always understaffed. Usually only one register open at any given time, which can lead to long lines at peak shopping times.
