My husband and I stopped here for a bite to eat during a camping trip. Online hours said they closed at 9pm, but they had switched to off season hours and we're closing at 7pm. We rolled in right before they closed.They were more then happy to make is any cold sandwich we wanted. I am not a huge fan of a cold sub, I do like them toasted, but I was just happy to have something after a day of hiking.The sub was an average Club sub, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, and our selected toppings and dressing. I will say, I would have been better toasted, but it wasn't bad at all. The meat is just average and nothing to write home about.If you are looking for a good sandwich, at a decent price, for that normal sandwich, nothing fancy taste, then this place is perfect! And it's just what we wanted!

I'm in town on vacation. Second visit. I love the place, and will likely return tomorrow.(They wrapped the breakfast sandwich in wax paper. Wax paper printed to look like newspaper help wanted ads from1969. Love it)

Great local stop for lunch or on the go, subs, wraps, coffee, and ice cream. There is also a small store attached that has some cool items like coffee mugs for sale. Plenty of quick grab food as well.

Coolest ice cream/coffee shop I’ve been to maybe ever. The “this @&$* just got real!” salted caramel ice cream is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly, energetic and helpful. Not to mention the building is converted from an old gas station, with the overhead still intact and the pumps replaced by hostas and flowers. They sell Lake Superior photo prints, have a full arsenal of baked goods and excellent coffee on top of their ice cream. I love this place so much.

Virtually perfect. If you seek a pleasant spot in Michigan's UP, visit Connie's. Quaint, family-owned and serving delicious fare. The sandwiches at both lunch and breakfast (yes you'll want to go back) were stellar. And the namesake's granddaughter made coffee drinks that prove there's no need of a big chain in a small town. Just stop in, you don't want to miss it!Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich even made the vegan wife happy!!

Would not recommend. I cannot begin to describe how disappointed we were! Our drink order was messed up twice, and when we asked for a new coffee she lectured us about how she gave us a "deal" because she forgot to charge for oat milk. All of this would not have been a big deal, except the individual at the counter felt the need to yell and be rude.

I had the ice cream espresso drink,, caramel.. it was fantastic! The espresso roast was a delicious mix with the ice cream and the little coffee pick me up I needed. My husband liked the dark roast coffee too. I would stop anytime. I'm sure the lattes are just as good with the bean they are using. Hogy recommend for your coffee fix. We didn't try any food.

Very nice little shop with nice staff. My wife and I got coffee drinks and the kids on ice cream. My youngest loves blue moon and they had it. My oldest got the ice cream nachos and lived them as well. Coffee drinks were delicious.

Had ice cream last night and decided to come back for coffee this morning. Both times visiting were great. Along with my coffee, I got a breakfast sandwich…delicious! Definitely a great place to stop at.

Stopped here on lunch break working here from out of town. Didn’t know you could have such a perfect BLT. My standards are high now 🤣 also the brownies….got a iced chai. Everything was perfect. Definitely coming back tomorrow. The people working were friendly & quick. Great establishment!

Great little shop for a quick bite. I was in town for the day and decided to stop by. Their sandwiches are made fresh and fast. The hand dipped ice cream was a great treat too!
