We started attending the monthly auctions years ago, before our 2 youngest children were born. We spent some time away and recently started attending again. Tom , not only remembered us, but took the time to stop and sincerely thank us for coming. Not only a good businessman that cares about finding what you need, but a great guy as well, that cares about his customers.

Tom cares about every person that attends; that's why there are so many regulars. He tries to find people's needs and get them what they are looking for, even after the auction closes. He even remembered our family at one auction and thanked us for coming, even though we hadn't been there in almost 2yrs. Best part..I have never seen a kill buyer there once.

(Following happened begining of 2020 and posting now) Called ahead of time to check for reserve on a horse and was told there was none. Went to the auction, won and owner of horse said I had to pay $1000 more or no sale. Auction house seemed to treat this as normal.
