Paid $9 for a “avalanche” the cup wasn’t even full tasted like peanut butter. Also ordered 3 cones and they all came in cups! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The staff is terrible!

I have always loved going to The Dairy Bar. I always get a Banana Split in the Shamrocker cup. We were there on Sunday May 28, 2023 I ordered my usual first thing she brings it out in a boat I tell her I ordered the shamrocker and she tells me this is it. I ask to have it put in a cup. Well as you can see from the cup it was not the shamrocker (the Shamrocker cup would never sit on the dash of my Jeep) 15.85 for this. I will not be going back to the Dairy Bar. What a rip-off!!! If I could give no stars I would.

Husband and I had two of the best and biggest turtle sundaes we have ever had ,at extremely good price. Owner and staff were cheerful and great to talk to. Will be going back tomorrow. Would recommend this stop to any ice cream lovers. 🍨 🍦👌

Good little spot for the family, near a couple lakes and campgrounds so alot of summer fun. Lots of flavors. I didn't see what i wanted so i told the girls a d they whipped something up better than i expected!!!

My family has been visiting the Dairy Bar since they open. We have been customers since the the 50s. We will continue to support the small business! We have a small cottage on Sand Lake and will continue to make the walk up the street for ice cream. Definitely a place you want to visit for a very wide variety of ice cream. Plan on spending a few minutes to study the menu before you order. Thank you for making so many memories in our family.

Great place for ice-cream in the Irish Hills area. More selection that most ice-cream places as they have both soft serve and hand dipped. I highly recommend the Mexican Fried Ice-cream Sunday. Soft serve ice-cream, cinnamon, corn flakes, and a drizzle of honey.There is also a very nice playground for the kids along with a gazebo and picnic tables.

Been going there over 30 years. Prices have increased over time a to be expected. But serving are larger than ever! You will never find more ice cream with better quality for the price. Take your family, sit on the picnic tables...or in the gazebo...and go back in time 💕

I've only been here once, but the drive to this little shop was beautiful. I guess that might depend which way your coming from. We arnt from here, my mom has a cottage at Irish hills, so directionally I have no clue.The ice cream was very good! Staff was nice.

Being a wise acre I said i wanted the largest sundae I could get until it was pointed out to me; it was about 1/2 gallon, so I went for the "regular", which is about a quart. Price was reasonable as well.

Long-time visitors- we were turned off this visit to the point we might not come back. It took very, very long to get our order filled (some of our party was done eating by the time the last person finally got their sundae), icecream scoops were filled with ice particles, and the overflowing trash can on the patio smelled very bad the entire time. We really want Dairy Bar to succeed and hope it can improve.

Was recommended to stop here by my wedding venue. I was not disappointed. Portions are large, but very delicious. When they found out why we were visiting, they even stuck a sparkler in my ice cream and sang to me. It was a wonderful experience and I am definitely going back.

The only good thing about it was the girl taking the order was nice. The cone was huge But...the place is filthy!! Needs new owners that care about cleanliness and safe serving.I wish i had taken a better look when i went up to the window. I would have turned around and left.The girls serving can only work with what they have and if the owner doesn't care about the place why would the employees.Wiping the side of a customers cup with filthy rag and dirty water is unacceptable!!I wont be the least surprised if we end up on the toilet all night (from one end or both).Very Disturbing!!If you can't take care of the business, sell it.

My banana split did not look like any of these Sundaes. I had ice cream filled with chunks of ice, a pineapple sauce that tasted like it had been frozen with no flavor, sliced strawberries and a very thin chocolate sauce atop a fresh banana. No whip cream, no nuts, no cherry.The location is good near the state park. But at the Dairy Bar, the grass was so high I didn't want to walk through it to get to a picnic table near their playground.I was very disappointed.

Absolutely the best ice cream I've ever had! Wait time was longer than expected, but the 2 workers that serviced us were nice and worked as fast as possible. I would def return because the ice cream was worth the wait!!
