I have always been able to purchase my own themed helium balloons (from online) and any Dollar General store will fill them for $2.00 a piece. Not so with theOnsted MI store. When I called to check on helium availability I was told NO, only if you purchase the balloon from within our store.When I called another Dollar General in close vicinity, I was told that was false. It is Dollar General’s policy to honor this request. I am disappointed with the Onsted store, maybe they do not have to honor all of the franchise’s policies?!

It's after 8am. Why isn't the store open??.. This is acceptable. I'm waiting & 6 people just drove away. Good job DG. "Not"!!!

Friendly staff and clean store. Love the huge variety of items. Most of the things are reasonably priced, the clothes are hugely over priced though in my opinion. The cheapest shirts I could find were $10-$12. Walmart has cuter, better quality clothing around that price and cheaper.

Loved when this place opened since there are very few stores near here. Has more food than most DG's, gears more toward the summer lake crowd, but no fresh food.

Love this Dollar General! Always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It's my go to location, as there are several within the same driving distance.

Casey is always personable, efficient and helpful. She keeps store neater than a lot of DG's. I like this location the best and there's a bunch of them to choose from.

Pancakes in freezer are horse poop... Not kept frozen ..?Manager said she could not do anything because they where opened. Well duh.. and I need a receipt. Who in the hell keeps pancake receipts.Save your money. Stop supporting toxic corporations that wreck small towns.

Everything I went for was in stock. A lot of new stock wad was coming in. Staff wad was very helpful and friendly.
