We LOVE The Groomery!! Our cat has been there twice; one time to shave off a bunch of mattes, the other time for a full groom. He came back from his full grooming appointment feeling like a brand new cat! He is so soft and his claws are nice a trim. THANK YOU GROOMERY!!

My dog is incredibly timid and I have nothing but good things to say about Kate and her staff! After a negative experience at a different groomer, I tried out the Groomery, and haven’t looked back! It’s worth the extra drive every time! All of the staff treats us with immaculate respect and care for his nail trims. I know my dog is safe with Kate and her crew!!

My puppy's first grooming experience here was fine. He needed to have the lion cut he was given by the breeder blended into his coat. (At this time he was 10 weeks old.) I was quite pleased with the cut and I was given suggestions on how to get him used to the grooming experience. At our second appointment I was questioned as to whether or not I had "researched" my breed of dog and complaints that he did not like his front legs touched. His paw was cut during this appointment but he seemed to handle it well. I just had his third and last appointment this past weekend. My puppy is now 5 months old and does not handle being away from me easily. This time I was told there was only so much they could do as he was squirmy, well that doesn't surprise me as he is only 5 months old. I was again questioned about his breed and asked if I had a trainer. It shouldn't matter whether or not I have a trainer (which I do), shouldn't they be working to make sure that he is comfortable with the grooming experience? My questions were brushed off and I was told they couldn't do much because he wouldn't hold still. I also wasn't given an option to make his next appointment as those were already done for me. I don't understand why I wasn't given a choice and when I told them I couldn't make the first appointment they made they didn't even give me another option just ignored my questions and went to the next customer. I don't know of any 5 month old puppy who can hold perfectly still for a grooming appointment. I will not be returning to this location and I would highly caution anyone else looking to go there. If you plan on going to this groomer be sure your puppy is perfectly behaved and will not have any adverse reaction to the grooming process. Never once was biting discussed and there is certainly a difference with a dog being aggressive and a puppy confused and afraid of what is going on. Also be ready to defend your choice of breed and how you are raising your puppy. I had such high hopes for this groomer and each time I went it became obvious my patronage was not needed.

I love the job that Kate does on my dogs. She’s give me tips on things to do at home for maintenance. Her prices are very extremely fair for the talent and experience she brings to the table. I won’t be wandering to another groomer anytime soon. ☺️

I have a mini Australian Shepard and I took her to get the full groom at the groomery. Kate Lippert worked miracles and made my dogs fur feel so much better and was very helpful with tips and suggestions. My dogs fur was damaged from a winter in florida with swimming in a private chlorine pool every day with the sun shining on her fur. It become dry and mated, I am not sure how Kate did it but her fur went from feeling fringed to so incredibly soft and healthy. I highly recommend going to The Groomery and seeing Kate. She is super friendly and good at what she does! This past summer we decided to give Iris a shorter hair cut so her hair dries faster and it turned out amazing. It is so much easier to dry her fur reducing the chance of hot spots.

My Millie gets the full spa treatment. She bounces into the salon and is so excited to see everyone. She's very comfortable there and is on a regular schedule so she always looks her best. The owner really knows her stuff, very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend.

My Isabelle has been going to Kate (owner of the groomery) for almost 3 years now! We are very happy she finally opened her own business so we can come to her! She is very gentle with my baby and always let's me know if anything is going on with her skin or anything of that nature so I can take care of it. She is very knowledgeable and don't even get me started on how CUTE my Isabelle looks after she gets her hair cut ❤ ... I highly recommend The Groomery for all of your dogs pampering needs ❤

Love that they take the time to make sure my pug has calmed down before continuing to cut his nails. He gets so stressed. Had other groomers yell at him and make him bleed. Love that I found the groomery.

I heard about this place from a friend of mine, so I decided to give them a shot n take my long haired Chihuahua, Sadie, to them. I can honestly say, I absolutely LOVE the way they were with her! At her previous groomer's, she was always shaking n terrified afterwards, they messed up my husband's aunt's dog REALLY badly, n the last time we took her, they cut our Sadie's nails way too short n she bled so badly (also cut her hair too short cuz they never checked if she had an undercoat) So we went here, to The Groomery. She came out looking AMAZING, absolutely everything was perfect, n I love the fact that they give a report card at the end, stating what products were used, how ur animal behaved, etc. Alyssa did an awesome job with Sadie, n Sadie didn't come out of there shaking n trembling, she was in a happy mood n not terrified like she was at the other place. I can't express how happy I am with The Groomery, we'll definitely be regular customers there! Thank u for treating our baby SO well!
