Whitetail Farms partnered with Milligan’s Meat Processing to handle deer for folks in the Olivet area and I could not be happier! Off of my 203lb dressed deer, I got back 73lbs of venison, or 36% of hanging weight. A great butcher will get you 35-40% so these guys were in the ballpark even though I damaged my back-strap while field dressing. Vacuum sealing was perfect, no nasty silver skin left on the meat, and the processors included labels for the different cuts. The folks at Whitetail Farms made the drop off and pickup process a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff as always. Thank you to both companies!

The meat here is excellent!! Great spot for common vegetables and cooking odds and ends (spices, mixes etc). Amish baked goods and the deli are fantastic. Great store!!

It's a great place to shop for fresh meats along with odds and ends. Friendly and helpful staff, good prices! We just had their smoked turkey breast. It was fantastic and we will be buying another one. Love this small town store.

My friend gave me a 1/2 rack of "smoke & seasoned" St Louis style pork ribs. 1st off there was no "smoked or seasoned" flavor.2nd I put sweet baby rays sauce on them and wrapped them foil and baked them at 350 in the oven for 1 hour and they still weren't very tender, the ribs had no flavor at all except for the bbq sauce. Very disappointed at $18.99 for 1 rack they should have been way better than that! NEVER again will they get any business from my friend or people he knows. The place is a JOKE!

Quality meat for any occasion, custom wrapping with a hometown atmosphere. They have any kind of cut you want and if it's not in the case they will cut it for you while you wait. Call a head for large orders and it will be waiting for you to pick it up. All meat is USDA inspected and the highest quality.

when i go to whitetail its clean and they have the smoker going outside and it smellsl so good they sell all of there fresh cooked meats in the store . the store sells the cheese curds that are so good . love to buy there grapes and eat there cheesethey have the best wing's i had in a long time you can get them fresh or cooked and they have out of this world rubs for any meat white tail has high quality meats and offers customcut package at a reasonable costalways fresh .they have the best customer service and also has a deli for hot and cold food to eat in store or to take to go .along with fresh vegetables and fruits.there freezer s are always stocked with frozen foodswhitetail is the best thing to happen to olivet.

I stopped in to get something for lunch, I ended up getting samples of fresh out of the smoker, chicken and ribs. Both are the best tasting "off the smoker" meats I have had! Very good service and food!

Not nearly as happy with this visit as the last time I came here. I brought a deer in and they were full, which is good. People are getting deer. However the staff was kind of rude and unhelpful. We had to follow her around to even get her to acknowledge us. I may just process them myself from now on. As an update we called today (11/30) to ask if they'd made enough room to accept more deer and weren't informed they're done taking deer for the season. For the remainder of deer season you'll need to find somewhere else to take your deer. Rives Junction with a phone call was happy to take them and they're much cheaper. So maybe I'll give them a try. We won't be back to white tail farms :(

Amazing meats and jerky. Everything has an awesome taste i would recommend the ghost pepper jerky if you like hot food because it has a lot of spice with a fantastic taste i think this place is a five star place for meats.

This place is dreamy. Even if you are a wanna-be vegetarian such as myself, there's plenty here for you. Check out the cinnamon rolls at the front counter, for starters. Tons of candy/ice cream as well.

Took 2 doe this year. 1 here and 1 to Milligans in eaton rapids. The 1 I brought here was 15-20lbs bigger than I had dropped at milligans. Told them I wanted all burger, straps and roast. Ended up with only 20 lbs of burger. No steaks. Milligans (smaller deer) ended up getting back 18 lbs of burger and 15 pks of steak... seems they may have just kept the steak. Deffinately not taking another deer there. They got 1 star because the brats are awesome.

Called him on the phone for pulled pork said it was $5.99 a pound which I paid $169, got home weigh, it was 16.5 lb... Which equals out to $98.85 plus tax.. oh and it was also burnt

Maybe you should let your regular customers know that only one person per vehicle is allowed in the store at a time. That just made me find another meat market. What a shame.
