These ladies go over and beyond the treatment and care of animals! I was a nervous fur momma as our pup is a service animal, but also anxious and nervous, himself. However, they worked with us and helped him and our feline to feel welcome! They said our pup did very well after surgery and he is healing nicely it seems. The cone was a little small so we had to get another at store, but other than that, he is already back to his goofy self. They explained all the procedures and aftercare very thoroughly, and were very compassionate and understanding of our worries. They work with you on treatment and payments! Low cost spay and neutering for cats and dogs, low cost vaccines, medicine, and flea and tick meds! I highly recommend anyone who needs a low cost facility to treat your animals for all their needs to come here! They even explained how the flea meds my ex was using I told him not to could harm our animals and give them seizures! So they were able to get him meds for his size and syringe to be able to treat him! So don't cheap out on dollar store flea and tick meds, they are much more reasonable and safer! Also, it was far cheaper than our vet was charging and fit us in faster than they would have been able to! Thank you ladies so much for all you do for our fur babies and the community! I wish I lived closer and would volunteer, but recommend donations if you are able to, to help them to be able to help others and the community further! I hope to be able to come here for years to come! Keep up the good work ladies! You are a busy bunch, but still felt the small town feel, and very impressed by the care our animals received! Thank you again for everything! Look forward to future visits and we appreciate all you do! DeMario and Keanu appreciate all you do as well! So thank you and keep up the amazing work!

The ladies who work here are kind and helpful. I enjoyed meeting them. They are chatty and help you understand what to expect after the surgery for your cat. Please understand that if you call and leave a message that you are in line to be answered. My call was returned within a couple of weeks. This may sound like a long time but remember that you are asking for a good surgery at a good price.Altogether my experience was well worth any waiting period. When I received the callback I was ushered in within a couple of days. I am more than satisfied. Thanks.

They are amazing here. Had 2 cats spayed/neutered. Prices are reasonable. $60 each cat plus extra $12 for first shots. Extra for flea shots, etc. pain shots.

I was really excited when I found this vet office because it seemed affordable and it was nearby my sister's (she's watching my cats for me). Well I make two appointments, one for my female cat to get spayed and one for my male cat to get his rabies shot. I made both these appointments over the phone with an employee. Super easy, super convenient. The day comes and I get an angry call on how my boy cat shouldn't have his appointment that day and how I was in the wrong and they ended up being like we'll call you back. At this point I'm messaging my sister like 'hey sorry you might have to take boy in later' She told me how she had got there and had been yelled at her too but then I get a call and they are like just bring him. So I'm thinking all's well that ends well. No! This was just the start. My sister tells me they completely disregarded and belittled her when she mentioned the cat has irregular heat cycles and is constantly in heat. They end up calling me and telling me that my cat is out of her surgery and they had to stick her in her carrier because she was being evil. This is totally throwing me off at this point for two reasons, one she's a dwarf cat and super sweet, nice to strangers, and even if she were mean, I feel like it's normal to have the cat wait in their carrier until the owner picks them up. Well fast forward a week, my sister calls me and tells me they have to take her to emergency vet because all of her stitches came undone and there's a bunch of puss oozing out of her wound. WTH. Luckily my sister is taking my cat to a different vet to get her treated but save your pets the agony and you the stress and just go somewhere else.

Took 2 cats in to get spayed and 1 cat to have him neutered. 1 of the females and the male recovered just fine. The other female never recovered. Her name was Peanut and she was my baby. I found her 1 year ago outside of my house and she was barely alive. Her mother had abandoned her so U took her in & began bottle feeding her. After her spay surgery she seemed very uncomfortable. When I looked at her paperwork, I noticed she had been given an extra shot and the other 2 cats didn't receive that shot. The humane society told me it was a distemper vaccine. Peanut was given the shot on accident because she was put with a different group of cats whose owners requested the vaccine. I don't know if the distemper shot had anything to do with Peanuts condition; however if the Humane Society made that mistake, then maybe they made other mistakes. I really became worried when Peanut started hiding in my closet as if she was looking for a place to die.I called the Humane Society and they told me to bring Peanut in for them to examine her. When I arrived, they treated me as if I were a horrible pet owner. All her surgeon kept saying was that the spay surgery had nothing to do with Peanuts condition. I then began calling every vet clinic in a 50 mile radius and they all told me they were booked. Then I started looking for animal hospitals and was referred to Michigan State University's Small Animal Clinic. I had to rush Peanut to MSU (a 2 hour drive). Then I had to sit in my car all day and wait for the Veterinarian to call me. It was almost 90 degrees that day. When I was called, I discovered that Peanut had an enlarged stomach and it was twisted around. Peanut was going to need an emergency operation and her beginning bill would be $3,000 - $5,000. They also told me that Peanut wouldn't be able to come home for a long time because of the intensity of that surgery. She would also need lots of physical therapy and more than likely additional surgeries.I couldn't afford the money they wanted and they had to euthanize her. I am heartbroken, Peanut was not just a cat. She was my best friend and I feel lost without her. She was completely fine before I took her to the Humane Society. I keep blaming myself for not taking her somewhere else.

This organization is dedicated to low cost spay/neuter/vaccination of companion animals. Dr Lisa is extremely competent in her care of animals. The volunteer support staff go the extra mile to help care for these animals and to educate the public. There is no income proof/requirements to bring your animals in. Please consider this facility for donations and your vaccination/spay and neuter needs. This is not an animal control unit. Please contact your local law enforcement for animal issues.

The office in Olivet, Michigan, has a lower rate for spaying and neutering dogs and cats if you live in the Eaton County area. This office is great to work with, the staff is knowledgeable and always on hand for questions. The surgical procedure is done by a licensed vet, drop off is early in the morning and pickup the same day.

Absolutely love this little place downtown olivet. Very convenient to go to for my animals to get shots or flea meds or to even get fixed all at affordable prices. Don’t forget to grab a license for your doggie here also!! They are a tad bumped out on their schedule but it’s worth it and they have been great to my animals and are great nice staff to me.

Awesome job at spaying our two female cats. One of the cats had become mean before being spayed, always quick to swat and claw at us. After being spayed, she's become her old loving self again. I'm impressed.

I took 3 kittens there to be fixed, one female and two males. All three were done same day with early pick up, and their incisions are very small, hardly noticable! None needed a cone and healed extremely well!! I could not have asked for a better place, and the costs beat every other vet I called by a lot!

My heart was absolutely broken. I adopted a kitten from Companion Cats who I'm so in love with. She saved my life the vet asked me if I wanted a different cat.... missed tissue when they spayed her 🤧 terrible how she handled my kitten. Grabbed her by the ears not the Knapp. Held her by her throat when we were talking. I said DONT.... THEN SHE SAID DO YOU JUST WANT A DIFFERENT CAT???? OMG 😲 THESE ANIMALS DESERVE BETTER. Companion Cats I would be ashamed

I brought my cat in to get fixed. They took great care of him, they got him in promptly within a week and a half due to a cancelation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is easy to get in and out of. We went home and waited, they called as soon as the procedure is over so that we could go pick him up promptly. I would definitely recommend this place and the price was great.

Do not get your pet spayed or neutered by them. We had a cat neutered and he caught parvo and is now dead. They take no responsibility for it and deny it came from them, when he was a fully indoor cat and was not around any other animals. When I called to report it, the lady said she could refund the money but it won't bring our cat back. Ridiculous.

I walked in to get my dog weighed and it smelled horribly of fecal matter with poo on entrance rug from cats. There must have been close to a dozen crated cats lined against the wall awaiting pick up the woman said.I missed her name, but she was much less than friendly or helpful. I forgot to come at a specific time, so I left with no weight.I will return because I need my female bully/pit fixed.I sure hope it's better the 2nd time around.

The Eaton Humane Society was great and had a really great experience. They gave the best care and make it possible for your pets care that you can afford. After months of trying to afford getting him neutered I was finally able to do it

I was very pleased taking my kitten in to have spade. The ppl were very friendly and helpful. And took great care of my baby. The price was fantastic. They went above and beyond to do extras like nail trim, and any treatments that needed done. Highly recommended taking your kittens there..

I dropped my cat off in the morning, and completed the paperwork to have her spayed. First of all, I was extremely impressed with how clean everything looked and smelled. Diana checked us in with a warm, welcoming smile. She told me that I should probably expect a call to come back by 3:00 or 4:00. Actually, the call came at closer to 2:00, which was great. You should bring your precious cat here to be spayed or neutered. Isn’t (s)he worth $40?!

We adopted our Baby Girl about 12 years ago. The Sweetest, Most Loving, Happy Spaniel/Golden mix girl Ever. I have been checking all the shelters around and it seems like all they have are Rottweilers, Pittbulls and Boxers. I am going to be 78 in a few months... I want a SMALL dog but cannot find one. SAD!!

Wonderful spay/neuter and wellness clinic. Have taken many cats there over the years and have always had a positive experience. This clinic is a huge asset to so many communities and counties. The animals benefit by having such a better quality of life...all because of ECHS.

Outstanding people and service to the community. Please consider volunteering with them if you have time or paying extra on their fees as they are very modest in what they charge and the extra $ will help them help more dogs and cats.

Wonderful organization! The people are very friendly and caring. Their prices are very low, so there is no reason pet owners can't receive care.
