Total rip off - $56 dollar bath went to $95 because they trimmed hair around eyes for each of my two dogs. No mention of the upcharge even after I told the person at the counter "Yes, if the trim is included in what I want".

Was told to come right in for my dogs nail trim because he ripped his dew claw past the quick and when I arrived the lights were off in the grooming department. I ask around and no one could tell me why. I arrived 4 hours before closing. I even called the scheduling dept and they didn’t understand either. I ended up going to pet supplies plus and their groomer stayed over to help us.
